Honestly, I walked in with a somewhat sour mood. I wasn’t looking forward to sitting in the cold (32 degrees) for an hour for my daughter soccer match. But my mood shifted quickly after being helped by Danielle. Her kindness and come as you are attitude made it hard not to leave in better spirits. Who ever owns this store should give her a raise, because I can assure you that will be visiting this location for the remainder of my daughter’s soccer years. People like Danielle are what make a place great, she also improved my outlook on people in general… Thanks Danielle!!!

Walk in, Girl at counter with headset on doesn’t greet me just stands there. I give my order for Carmel Macchiato Other girl makes drink put on counter says here’s your drink & walks off. Carmel all over the side of cup. I ask for another cup to double it up. Expressionless just puts another cup down and walks away. These girls need a bit of people skills.

This particular Scooter's is great because it's more than just a drive through; this has a spacious seating area like a traditional coffee shop. It's nice, comfortable, and unpretentious. It's a great place to have a coffee and get some work done or to catch up with friends and such. There are plenty of plug ins for your devices, so you can settle in for a good long while.

I was in line behind this rude man at the drive thru and he was so rude that I actually went inside the store after he did so I could listen. I have been coming to this location for years 5 sometimes 7 days a week and believe me when I tell you they are the absolute best. I have never had a drink made incorrectly or anything but incredible customer service.David you obviously are just angry man. I stood behind you in line and listened to the whole thing. I applaud them for handling you with much more grace then I would ever be able to. Ridgeview staff keep up the good work, don’t let people like David get to you. Some people were just born miserable.

I had the lady make my blended caramelicious twice. Both times it did not taste right and she was very upset with me because I asked her to make it the second time. I'm done with this location. The people are rude and the coffee doesn't taste right.
Great service. Probably the cleanest store and bathroom I have been in in many years. Staff has taken pride in their job and their store thank you very much

I'm giving this low star for the reason.that you changed the scoot energy.....why? This was the only reason I came here, is for the coconut scoot energy.....now it tastes like a fizzy hard candy. Before it tasted like I was on an island. Bring it back the way it was please. Service is great though.
