I really do enjoy scooters. I work fairly close to this particular scooters and get me and my coworkers shakes daily. The lady that takes payment in the drive through, is not nice. Every time I come she is impatient and have an attitude problem. During today’s visit. I was given Stale cookies.

I stopped by this morning and had Shelly and she was incredible. I have come to this location multiple times and have had nothing but amazing service and the drinks are incredible. Shelly was so helpful and so kind. Highly recommend this placeDietary restrictions: They have many lactose intolerant options which I absolutely love

Several weeks ago I ordered my coffee with heavy cream and was asked if I wanted it steamed. I'm not sure. So I don't have many other times when I get the rude coffee which is usually excellent with heavy cream and ask for a team is fine. A couple days ago at the brywood plaza mall location, I was informed that that had to be a Cafe Ole and they I said that's $5 and change. I'm like what? Then he tells me that he changed it to a Cafe Ole without bothering to tell that he had done that. And he was like absolutely unapologetic about it after I explained that many times before I had not been charged for it. They did this before too with their free coffee deal which is nice but they would just change it from you could get decaf to all of a sudden you could. Every Scooters needs a mood ring on a so I can know ahead of time when they can be really super nice or real holes.There's like a car to review them internally here but it didn't have a laugh a listed as a city in the menu this place is in all that way. So anyhow. I thought I was going to get the cream steam not that I care that much. And this manager comes up out of nowhere or senior employee to her anyhow and insists that again it has to be a Casio layer of green is steamed and I assume they have refused. Then the menu is like almost impossible to like do the tipping thing and it makes no sense.I haven't started the whole thing kind of started with the employee frowning at me I think she didn't like my shirt or something. They gave my order to somebody else and then when they remade it didn't make it the way I wanted to but I just gave up. As I am on scooters. Too bad your coffee is amazing with heavy cream for a dollar it's a great deal.The coffee here was uncharacteristically terrible and as I mentioned made the wrong. I just got tired of arguing with her.

This is by far one of the top Scooter's in the Johnson County area. This location and the one off Metcalf and 103rd nail it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Staff, service and quality of drinks is always exceptional! I have never revieved poor service or a mediocre coffee from this location like I have some of the other locations. I live seconds, SECONDS from the Woodland location and I I'll drive the extreme time to go to this location. The one on Woodland use to be awesome until their entire staff quit and they closed for weeks. Since they reopened it's been a massive hit or miss if your coffee is decent and if you'll get friendly staff. It's sad. I miss the old staff and quality. This location is top notch!

We love this shop—lots of space, friendly staff, and a passion for pets (they are often sponsoring foster-to-adopt posters).However Scooter’s chai tastes like syrup mixed with cough syrup. It’s literally the worst thing I’ve ever drunk. Avoid that at all costs.Vegetarian options: Not much vegan though.Kid-friendliness: Yep! Lots of space.
