I work in the area and go here every morning to get a shake to help get my day started. The baristas always have a smile on their face and are so caring and it’s a wonderful start to my morning! The manager Sam is so full of life and helps brighten the atmosphere with her smile and she always makes the order right!I would give this location more stars if I could!

The smoothies are great and the blenders are usually ok, but I've been to the Sante Fe location 3 times in the last few months and each time the ice coffee is absolutely horrid. Tasted like burnt cigarettes the last time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them one last try.
Never getting coffee from scooters again. Like I said though, the smoothies are great at least.
Always great service here! We always order from Lily who is so sweet, courteous and professional. There are other Scooters that are closer, but we make a special trip to this one for the service.

Scooters always has good coffee and good breakfast sandwiches. However, this location is incredibly slow, and it is frustrating. It should not take 40 minutes with only two cars in front of us. Each car bought one drink. Not sure if I will come back.

This place is trash. They wouldn't/couldn't redeem my free drink because the person working didn't know what she was doing and there wasn't a manager available. She told me I'd have to pay for it rather than finding a solution. I ordered on the app instead to redeem it and when I received my drink it was wrong and the coffee is burnt. I love Scooters, the location on Pflumm is AMAZING!! Go there if you want fresh coffee and customer service ?.
