This place is trash. They wouldn't/couldn't redeem my free drink because the person working didn't know what she was doing and there wasn't a manager available. She told me I'd have to pay for it rather than finding a solution. I ordered on the app instead to redeem it and when I received my drink it was wrong and the coffee is burnt. I love Scooters, the location on Pflumm is AMAZING!! Go there if you want fresh coffee and customer service ?.

Went here for the first and last time a few days ago , pulled up to order just wanted a medium extra hot chai I was surprising my mom with a nice drink (she's a busy ER nurse) the gal at the window had a nasty attitude and an even nastier attitude when I paid cash and kept my .76 cents I don't have a lot of cash or money myself just doin smthn nice for my mom not lookin to pay $6+ for a medium drink to someone that had a nasty attitude to begin with ! The drink was room temp when received I'll stick to going to 7brew next door they got the right idea

First-time visit. Ordered two muffins(not warmed up) , and a blended caramel. Get to the window and was told that the muffins we're not out of the fridge? Yet. I was ok with the change. I get home and find the toppings were stuck to the bag. Coffee was excellent, muffin presentation sad. Still all in all positive and will go back to try again.

I love blended caramel coffee. Unlike other coffee places, you can actually taste the coffee in the drinks. No other astonishment in my opinion can compare. I'm hooked!!Parking: This is a drive thru only. Whoever thought up this idea is brilliant.

It's always a LONG wait but today, with only one vehicle in front of me, a long enough wait at the order speaker that I began to think it may be broken and an additional 10 minutes before I was finally at the service window and they didn't even have the 1 single coffee order correct, nor any order ready, even after confirming it at the speaker. I was so upset with them wasting my time that I simply said bye and drove away. I've never done that to a drive through before but within the next five minutes I had in my hand a perfectly delicious coffee for only $1.30 from McDonald's across the street where they have their act together, consistently. I'm done with this scooters location. For three years I've had more bad experiences than good.
