I went there on August 12th 2019 at 2:30 PM. It took 40 minutes from the time we drove up to the time we received our 3 Muddy Monkies that were so watery it was like drinking water. They had one person working both the drive in and the front counter. Never again.

Not only can you enjoy yummy frozen custard at this location...you can also order super tasty burgers, chicken sandwiches and much more!! Their burgers and chicken are cooked to perfection, their fries are perfectly golden brown and of course, their concretes are incredible! The service was really good as well!

The sodas were all carbonation, yet the staff told us there was nothing wrong with it. We asked to have them pour us some drinks from behind the counter and they were better. The mango and ice cream drink was sour. The ordering was messed up because they kept calling out food that noone was claiming. Our order sat on the counter for 10 minutes bcuz we couldn't understand what they were yelling out. A family of 4 that ordered before us asked for a refund bcuz their food never arrived. Total chaos.

Came to KC from VA to visit family. was This Sheridan'sh location was highly recommended. I ordered a Mango Madness Smoothie. Was super excited to try it. Waited a good 15 minutes for it to be made, after watching those in drive through and people after me get their drinks before mine. Once we finally got it my first sip was bitter and salty. I had my daughter take a sip to see if i was maybe off on my taste assessment. Nope! She cringed. I was hoping that it would live up to its recommendation. Was severely disappointed. I went up to the counter and asked if it was supposed to be salty. They shrugged, and was given an eye roll. I was told no and was handed back the smoothie. I was infuriated and told them to just keep it. No attempt was made to help correct the situation. Will make sure to let everyone I know to skip this place and to go somewhere else.
Great custard, fries are good, but I'm not a huge fan of their burgers for the price.

Their Frozen Custard, shakes, and blended drinks are all amazing and fresh. However fries are greasy, seemed like the oil wasn't hot enough to cook them properly. Burgers were okay but nothing fancy. Polite and friendly staff who seemed to be well managed and who kept store front and kitchen area looking amazingly clean with prompt service to customers.

Really enjoyed this tonight. I had plain chocolate custard in a dish and it was really good. The only issue was that someone ordered the cookie sandwich and they were out of cookies. Not ok.

Above average fast food: unique twists on standards (chicken, fish sandwiches) with exclusive special sauces. The big draw: food is locally sourced and antibiotic free/clean. Do not leave without ordering the truffle fries!
