This is normally my favorite smoothie king in my area, it’s normally always very speedy even if they have a few cars in their line, but as of recently it seems they are just understaffed limited to 1 or 2 workers. Went in today and ordered 2 drinks and sat for 35 minutes, one car infront of me, they had one drink. I got the drink i ordered an angel food and it tasted like peanut butter or some kind of nuts, my sister tasted it and said the same thing, they had to remake it and i had to wait once again. I’ve never had a problem with them in the past always friendly and speedy but as of recently paste of slowed and everyone seems like they don’t know what they are doing and they all look extremely young, I don’t blame the workers. It company’s fault for understaffing and not training well.

I’m a delivery driver. I know I’m annoying for most workers, but I am always polite and smile and say please and thank you and most importantly, I’m patient. Very patient. After waiting for 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready, I got the order. It was for three items and it was not put into a bag. No worries, asked for a bag. The girl said ummm…and walked away. I assumed to get a bag. Nope. After waiting a good bit, I asked again, with lots of patience. She informed me they were out of a lot of things. Ok. It happens. But can you let me know? And not act like you are put out for me asking? It’s for YOUR customer.

To no fault of the ONE employee working this was the worst experience. We ordered online it said 15-20 minutes. We got there in 15 and waited another 45 before she could even start working our order. We had somewhere to be, no time to get any other food, no choice but to be late to our activity. All for 2 smoothies. This again was no fault of the one girl working who looked maybe 16. I felt bad for her. Not her fault this is a result of poor management. Until this is under control we won’t be back and suggest no one else go here either.

From ordering to pulling away, it took 18 mins for one smoothie - with only one other vehicle in the drive-thru, and based on what I could hear, their order was incorrect. Never took more than 5 mins to get an order even with multiple cars in line, but this is twice within 2 weeks, and there were three people working. Had to get the attention of an employee to inquire about my order after sitting at the window for nearly 12 mins. Something is definitely off at this location

Its a Smoothie King.... slow service (seriously 10 minutes for a smoothie and toast and I am the only customer).... grubby wait staff - no uniform just cheap thread-bare red t-shirts looking like they just walked in off the street in the same clothes they slept in. No gloves, hair or beard nets. Not a fan. Edit.... I just fished out a little bristle from my mouth. Nice to know they clean their dishes. Just don't want the bristle in my drink. SMH as I throw the drink in the trash.

This location needs help. I live in a tiny town so anytime I come to the city I HAVE TO GO to Smoothie King. I love it so much!!! When I’m headed out of town this one is the closest but I won’t be coming here anymore. Every time I come here there is an issue. For example, one time I got the Spinach Pineapple like normal. He handed it to me and it’s YELLOW. I said, “it’s supposed to be green? Maybe you forgot the spinach?” A different boy remade it for me thank goodness. The last time I went, I got the SAME order. He handed it out the window and I can literally SEE the carrots. I mentioned it to him. He said “that’s because there’s carrots in it.” I said it’s a smoooothie, it’s supposed to be smooth. Otherwise it would be called a “chunky”. The last boy that remade the previous drink, remade this one for me too. Today I go, I get a Strawberry Gladiator with banana and peanut butter. WTF. Doesn’t even have a taste???? How??? I just said what ever and left. Wasted $10….. I’m a pretty easy going person and easy to get along with but this store just gets it wrong, Every. Single. Time.

Im only giving a two and not a one because in the past you guys used to be amazing but the last two times I went I have gotten smoothies that weren't fully blended one I had huge chunks of ice and the most recent one I have chunks of protien powder I'm sorry but if I wanted a crappy smoothie I would make it myself I go to you guys cause I'm assuming since you guys do it every day you are almost like the professionals in this area but apparently not
