EVERY. FRIGGEN.TIME! It’s 1/4 full and I paid for the regular and NOT the small! Would hate to see what the small looks like. C’mon you guys. And I added bacon to my burger… there was no bacon.

Ordered a dirty Dr Pepper. For starters, the gentleman who took my order sighed very loudly into the mic before even asking what I wanted. Then when he delivered my order to me he rolled his eyes. The drink was completely clear, it was soda water, coconut cream and lime. Absolutely gross! As someone who has worked in fast food before I don’t see why this was such a grueling task for him.
Just like the last time I made a review for this place, they once again messed up our order, even after attempting to confirm with the gal multiple times that my girlfriend was getting a SWEET tea, they kept saying back that she was ordering and unsweetened tea, as well as giving, instead of what was supposed to originally be a plain burger, gave her a burger with EVERYTHING ON IT, we will NOT be eating here again.

As part of our order, I ordered a corn dog. When the order came, the corn dog was soft and obviously kept under a warmer. I asked for a new one! She acted disgusted but took it. About a minute later, she brought it back and it was exactly the same way. Pretty sure she just put it into another bag. It was rubbery and greasy! Corn dogs should be fresh and krispy…even if it takes a little longer. Onion rings were also soft not fried very much either. Place was packed so you would think the food would be fresh!

I didn't order cinnamon onion rings but that's what I got I don't even know why I keep wasting my money here it's a HUGE disappointment EVERY time

Brought out wrong order, waited 30 minutes. Explained my order and waited. They brought out the same wrong order. Waited another 20 minutes. When I finally got my food they told me I had to pay again that they rung it up incorrectly so to fix the $0.20Difference in price they refunded my first order and need to collect the new order, no apologies or anything. Orders aren’t returned immediately honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced 0/5.The part of the order that was correct (my #1) was cold when I finally received it.
