Whoever preps the food just doesn't care. If they are this lazy with their food, I don't want to think about their health and safety practices. I threw my entire order out and went to a place that cares about their customers.

The employees here take orders efficiently and accurately, food is delivered quickly and without errors. They need to clean the bird poop off their menus and also fix a few of the touch screens. There are currently a bunch of construction vehicles parked in the access roads which makes coming and going a little annoying.

Seems like a lot of ordering kiosks are broken, wait time is terrible, I've waited for over an hour. It's also not during a meal time. So I don't know why it's taking so long. I also tried moving to multiple different ordering kiosks in that time.

12/2023 update: still the slowest. Placed order in app before we left home. 4 Cars already there and still over 20 minute wait. Did get the marinara with order so there is a plus.Previous review. They are consistently the slowest Sonic service of any locations we visit ANYWHERE. Place an order on app ahead of time, 4 cars at restaurant and still takes 20 minutes at minimum. Sauces ordered in app are not in bag, no napkins given. Not a one time error, it is consistently this way for 2 years we have lived by this location. Shawnee KS location was 1/2 the time and included all items!

Service good but food was a bit undercooked. Onion rings barely done and hamburger patties seemed to taste different and I think they should’ve charred them more. Have always liked Sonic but this time just disappointed.

I cut my finger open on their cheese sauce container! They don't have working kiosk screens at almost every stall. The card readers are always broken. Fix your stalls! You contact customer service and they just ignore you and don't reach back out!

Ordered 5 combos which they stuffed in one sack. Unfortunately when I got home I found the chicken sandwich was missing. I tried to contact them by phone but no answer. Also, fried foods tasted like it was past time to change out the oil.Efforts to reach out to Sonic did not work out. They only pretend to care.

I was ordering on the app during the $1.99 small shake deal.I was ordering at the store in olathe ks 915 s Parker st but then I paid it sent it to this store when I noticed it I called the store immediately and talked to a girl & asked her if my order for the shake came through & she told me yes I asked her to cancel it & refund it since it was sent to the wrong store.She told me ok so now guess what it was posted to my bank account so she did not cancel my order well she may not have canceled it but it didn't stop the transaction. Thanks sonic

Guy made it very clear he didn't wanna do a whole lot, had to almost argue to get a meal. Came out quick and I walked myself back to work, and I wish I had checked the bag before I did so. Fries aren't even cooked and had soaked the rest of the stuff in oil, and everything in this order was downsized from what I had ordered. First time here, and I'm not confident I wanna try again.

Miss Taylor is extremely unprofessional not only was she cutting me off before I was finished while ordering she took forever to bring my food with only two other customers there! Once she arrived to my car she proceeded to hand me my straws but then took them back gave me my drinks and bag of food! I opened my bag not only did she not give me the bbq sauce I had requested she didn’t provide my straws so I pushed the button and waited for her to help two other customers before answering the box when I said what I needed she cut the box off yet again while I was talking then when she came out side she helped get another customer before finally bringing me one straw when I needed two and my bbq sauce so when I said I needed two straws she was very rude and went back inside helped yet another customer before finally bringing my straw! I waited an additional ten minutes for two straws and bbq when there was no more then four customers during my visit! I will never hire Taylor nor will I ever return to your restaurant for pour service lacking employees and untimely service my suggestion as a supervisor Taylor needs to be retrained or released from her duties she can’t handle!!!!! The job is simply to much for her js

This is truly the most awful Sonic. It used to be great but the service and food has gone WAY downhill. Even ordered from the app to give them about a 15 minute lead time and still waited! Also not all of the stalls are working. Had to move several times to find something! This location really needs to be reviewed by the franchise owner and/or Corporate.Parking: Only a few working stalls
