The app has really gone down hill. Food is very over priced and low quality. The staff may need some training on customer service. Make sure to double check your order or you won’t be able to get them to resolve any issues.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a burger plain with cheese only. Got home it had all the toppings. I drove back up and asked them to fix my burger. Plain with cheese only. The lady argued with me and said I didn’t order it that way. I said yes I did and I repeated it too. Can you please make me a new burger. She finally agrees. She brings me my burger and it still smelt of mustard so I asked if she just wiped it off and brought it back. She denied it. I know she did. I could see and smell it. So I asked for my money back at this point. She said no. My boss told me no. I called them and they said no. In disputing the charges tomorrow at my bank and ended up going to Taco Bell next door. Taco Bell said they get these complaints all the time.
When someone orders food they should get what they ordered. This lady took my money, I got no food and the biggest attitude. She was in a hurry to close and didn’t want to serve me is bottom line.

This Sonic has improved drastically in terms of customer service and the quality of food and drinks. I had given up on this Sonic a long time ago but I started seeing cars there again. I decided to give it another go and was pleasantly surprised. Now I have been a handful of times and everything has been great aside from not getting my sauces I asked for! I will keep coming by.

We ordered jr cheeseburgers with ketchup only. It was sent back 3x and still not right!! Avoid this Sonic, absolutely the Worst Sonic ever!
The food is not really hot when you get it from the drive through, that's a bummer. The employees are mostly nice, but they rarely get the order right at this location, and that's frustrating. A lot of teenagers work here and they're more interested in socializing than working. Since it's not a digital screen at the speaker, they need to do a better job clarifying the order by reading it back and confirming. Prices are so high right now -I want to receive everything I paid for in my order.

Terrible service and extremely questionable sanitary food handling practices. The heavy set guy with the glasses is rude and this is the third time I’ve seen him making people’s orders with no gloves on. Insult to injury this is also the third time I’ve ordered a turtle blizzard and he just fills the cup with vanilla ice cream and puts ingredients only as a topping. Never returning to this nasty location again.

Ordered food through door dash. It was reassigned twice and once food was delivered it was obvious it was left under a heating lamp. Cheese was burnt , bread was burnt , fries were cold and Hard and when I called the store to discuss , I was hung up on TWICE. Unacceptable.
