DO NOT EAT HERE! In this day and age of competition and everyone picking and choosing wisely where they shop/eat, one bad review can sink the ship. Well here's another for Spin! Pizza. Absolutely terrible service and behavior from not only the wait staff but also the manager on 9/25 around 12:30 PM CST. My wife ordered her pizza without marinara sauce. They put marinara sauce all over the top of her pizza. Our waiter took it back. The Manager came out and told us it wasn’t marinara. Umm....we know what marinara sauce looks like. We just rolled with it, even though my wife ordered it a different way. She just scooped it all off. After that no one would wait on us. Drinks were empty the rest of the time we were there. We couldn’t even get someone to look our way. We finished eating. We waited for 20 mins. Our waiter finally came back and asked if we wanted a box. Yeah, a box for the wrong pizza. No offer to take the pizza off our bill. No apologies. Just blacklisted and treated like we were in the wrong. Don't waste your time. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

Love Spins. Have always loved it here. They very consistent with their service and food. I always get the avocado turkey bacon sandwich and it's always been good. I usually do a side Greek salad which is always fresh and hits the spot just right.

Teenagers standing around instead of refilling our drinks is the only complaint I have.
Otherwise, SPIN was good, as usual. We had the 3 meat and a salad and everything tasted great. The place was clean and service (except for drink refills) was fast and friendly.
Just gotta get those teenagers out from behind the counter where they stand around taking instead of checking on customers...
Or give me a soda fountain so I can self service refill my drink... either way would be fine by me.

Love the Mia pizza deal. Love the Sonoma salad! I always ask for a bit less spinach and more regular lettuce as that's just my personal preference. My husband orders the Greek Salad.

I hate to nitpick but there was about 5 minutes of experimental jazz on the radio and it was quite jarring. This transitioned to 80s rock, which was also jarring. The food is solid and on the high end for fast casual. Service is hit and miss, the front register people tend to be more friendly and attentive than the wait staff. They did proactively offer a to-go drink at the end of lunch which I appreciated.

We used carside to go. They were not good at that. Had to call to remind them we were still outside waiting. When we got out food, the person gave poor excuses for not bringing us our food.
