I came in a few days ago (Saturday morning) I believe and the store manager Kyleigh gave me a grande when i payed for a venti, and when i said that it was the wrong size she gave me attitude and a really mean look, rolled her eyes at me and, walked away! I don't know if she was just having a bad day or what but I Will not be coming back to this establishment!

I asked the person if they had dark roast brewed already. She said no problem. I asked the question becuz if they had to brew it I would have ordered something else. She said it was no problem, but then ended up I had to wait becuz they were brewing it. Again, I asked about it specifically becuz I was in a hurry and I know that many times they would have to brew dark roast. So I ended up being late for a commitment I had which had a time limit.

Starbucks is my favorite stop for a refreshing drink, and I’m completely obsessed with the Strawberry Açaí Refresher! It’s the perfect balance of fruity and light—so satisfying, especially on warm days. But what keeps me coming back just as much as the drink are the amazing baristas. They’re always so friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. No matter how busy it gets, they keep things moving with great energy and always make my drink perfectly. Shoutout to the baristas—you all make the experience so much better. Thank you for the consistently awesome service and good vibes!

We ordered a pink drink and summer berry refresher. First they were out of lemonade for the refresher and then the pink drink tasted like water with no strawberry inclusions like normal. Overall not a good experience.

Customer service… Something has changed! And it’s all good news! 👏🏼🎉 I don’t know if it’s the new CEO or what is going down but in the last few months, my visits to Starbucks have been noticeably more pleasant with the barista’s. The customer service had gotten so bad that a couple stores near my house I wouldn’t even go inside anymore.

Ordered a coffee in the lobby, sat down, and was kicked out 5 minutes later due to a “team meeting” at 10am on a Friday.
