Customer service… Something has changed! And it’s all good news! 👏🏼🎉 I don’t know if it’s the new CEO or what is going down but in the last few months, my visits to Starbucks have been noticeably more pleasant with the barista’s. The customer service had gotten so bad that a couple stores near my house I wouldn’t even go inside anymore.

Tori just helped me with my very first ever vegan coffee! It was so overwhelming to decide - i told her what I needed and asked her to just surprise me! I'm drinking a delicious Caramel Brulee Latte with oat milk! Yum! So happy I stopped here!

What else can I say except the top notch and top quality one would expect from Starbucks. I’m impressed with the staff, location, the quality of the product, and the appearance of the store and workers. Great place to stop for a coffee and a pastry.
Do better Starbucks two days in a row my drink has been watery doesn’t even taste like it has coffee in it and from the time I drive to the speaker to the window with nobody in between my drink is already sitting at the window, never happened before always have to wait a few minutes, called to complain today I was told nothing is ever premade. I find that hard to believe because in literally 30 less than 30 seconds my drinks were waiting already to be passed out the window. The girl on the phone was rude and I am a very, very good customer to Starbucks and I may have just purchased my last one.

The manager is a very rude and the attitude that everything is an inconvenience to her and that she is being put out. There is a young dark haired man that works mornings that is equally as arrogant. Bathrooms are filthy with trash and toilet paper all over the floor.

didnt want to do this bc my coffee is always good and its fast service but the tall white thin male, Kyle ? with glasses that is usually at the drive thru dont know if he racist or just rude with everyone when i dont order on app and pay cash he throws change that it falls ( has happened like 4 times) and DOESNT APPOLOGIZE , just stands there and stares doesnt say thank you nor good morning , i work in customer service understand when its not your day but dont take it out on your customers . i dont go to the one on 151st bc they are 10x busier but might have to
