So, I’m not usually a “let me write a review” kind of person, but I felt like I needed to for this one. I’m rarely on this side of town and had never been to this Starbucks before, but the customer service was truly next level. From the moment I walked in to when I received my order and even while I worked there for a couple of hours, the team made me feel like a regular. You can tell they genuinely care about people.
I often find myself working at Starbucks to knock out emails since I’m usually on the move, and I have to say this location stands head and shoulders above most, if not all, that I’ve been to. Real talk.

Ordered my drink sat in one of the table waiting for it to, waited 35 minutes until I went to the front and asked for it , they place the order sticker somewhere and they forgot about it the lady rolled her eyes at me instead of apologizing and everyone that came in got their drink and left while I was waiting , I was like am I suppose to wait or what at first I was embarrassed to ask but after longer than 30 minutes I was like now this is off , and the lady that placed the drink and forgot about it was rude and talking like she owns the place I paid money for that and could of said sorry instead of talking back rude and slamming the drink on the counter and leave And the drink did not taste anything like what I ordered I asked for caramel crunch and got some coffee and milk blended with no caramel taste or any sweetness to it just bold

I order white chocolate mocha but they gave me a wrong order..
First: I do not drink coffee, so this is from the perspective of a non-coffee drinker. On the weekends this can be one busy place, but they have plenty of staff to take care of all their customers. You are greeted warmly as you walk in and there’s enough of a selection for non-coffee drinkers to hang out with your coffee, drinking friends. There’s some nice outdoor seating in the shade in the morning. The interior is typical of Starbucks. The only reason that it’s not a five star, it is a little pricey. I do appreciate the good customer service. That is what I look for in a coffee place for non-coffee drinkers.

My go to location! Everyone has been super friendly and drinks are always on point. I usually don’t like the whole forced writing in cup thing, generally feels like a rushed thing with no thought that adds an extra step for already busy partners…but I will say they made my day with it today! I ordered under “Gandalf the Flat White” and got a “You shall not pass!” on the cup which is a first for someone paying along with the name. Little thing, but had a big impact on my mood today!
Also, they have pellet ice at this location which is a plus to me.

By far the worst Starbucks location. Drinks are never made the same. You mark on the app to “remove meat” from a breakfast sandwich and they don’t. My husband picked up my mobile order today and specifically asked for my coffee and they told him there was no coffee on the order.

The baristas here are amazing. I am there a lot of Sundays and even if I miss a few Sundays, when I come in they already know my order. I think this is incredible. The vibe is awesome. The music is exactly what I want to hear as well. They simply excel at service and their employees are happy, which shows that the store is well run.
