A consistently excellent experience! I run in daily for a couple Peppermint Mochas for my wife who works from home. The entire team is always friendly, fast, and the drinks are consistently excellent! Special shout out to Lainey and Joshua who I see a lot…thank you both for being amazing! I go out of my way to stop here rather than a traditional Starbucks…simply because the team does such a great job! Thanks all!!

As a former Starbucks partner, I’ve always expected great customer service from Starbucks, which is why this visit was very disappointing.

I came in around 9 a.m. on Thursday to ask about the new protein drink. The barista who helped me, a young woman whose name I didn’t catch, was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked simple questions about the drink. It’s a new item, so of course I wanted to know more.

It’s sad to see how customer service has changed. A little kindness goes a long way, but that was missing here. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The stand-alone Starbucks near Blockbob offers a much better experience.

I’m a little hesitant to leave a review because I’m afraid people are going to find out how amazing this Starbucks is. When I remember to have my order done ahead of time, it’s always waiting for me. And if I forget, they are very quick! This location can get super busy because it is directly across the street from the middle school, but even when they’re super busy, I don’t wait as long as I do at a regular Starbucks.

Bad customer service. I did ask for my pup cup with the cashier, the lady with black hair made the drink and I tried to ask her “ can I have a pup cup as well ?“ , she yelled at me “What “ . I don't know what is her problem, but if she was not happy because she had to go to work in the morning, she better quit.

Cashier was great at helping me decide on a drink. I got a Frappuccino.. with caramel. I was driving away and took a drink. It was actually Luke warm and the consistency was like a melted shake. Had an appointment and couldn't go back....

Skip this location, Carmen's has coffee. Wed 2/26 ~ 9am. Mean girl energy. The way you treated me hurt. I don't know what had happened to you that morning, but I was a customer trying to figure out an order after walking my kids to school and keeping a toddler happy on the 3+ mile walk. Being the first time out after a housewide stomach bug. A customer will ask questions about drinks and possibly mix up hot and cold, especially with this funky weather. I am a person. Treat others with respect and decency. I cannot think of what I did to deserve your snarkiness. Price Chopper management is a bright spot in this encounter.

I come in often to get an espresso with heavy cream added, this store always makes it cold somehow, whether they add ice or add too much heavy cream to it, for some reason they dont understand how to make such a simple order. I want my espresso hot, not cold, I never ask for it cold.

Service sucks, place has gone downhill. I spend 15 minutes waiting at the pickup counter after my mobile order said it was ready to go 5 minutes before that. I ask and they say the system marks it ready after 5 minutes so they’re working it. Doesn’t ask for my name, I wait 5 more minutes and say hey can you check I’m in the queue??? Turns out it was a mobile order that’s been sitting at the drive thru the entire time. Don’t offer to replace but said they’ll add more whip. I’d like a new drink and 20 minutes of my time back.
