I will not return to this location. Some of the most rude and uncaring staff. They’ll look at you like you’re stupid, there’s not indication of where straws are and give zero verbal communication. New Dutch bros opened their coffee tastes better and you get better customer service. ??♀️
This location is terrible. They never make my coffee right. I just get a cold brew coffee with caramel INSTEAD of vanilla. Yet every single time they put vanilla in it. Then when I have ordered at the counter they have been super rude. One girl there corrected me on my order on how I said it. Then rolled her eyes at me. Usually employees at Starbucks are nice and up beat. I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks, except with this location.

The staff are loud and obnoxious yelping and hollering about work drama etc it’s as if they think people can’t hear them. So sitting at the tables is ridiculous and uncomfortable. Unprofessional
