Really unhelpful. Kind of clueless. It was my mistake I ordered at the wrong Starbucks and asked if there's any way I can just get one here since i already payed and call to cancel the orde there and order a new one and they said no we can ring you up for a new 1 and you can pay for another 1 basically. Not helpful

waited 15 minutes for my expresso shots and ended up leaving. everyone was getting their drinks that also had expresso. short girl with black hair seemed sweet but I wanted my expresso shot babe!!!!!!

For how busy they are they go as quick as can be and they’re friendly! I’m super impressed because I’m sure it can be a stressful job and the staff always seems to be happy to help!

I normally get my kids a refresher after a shopping trip if they’ve been good. This morning I ordered two refreshers and a water with no ice in the water. The barista made me two “refreshers” with water instead of lemonade and no ice. I was really polite and asked her for my order to be fixed and she gave me a deadpan stare for long enough to make it awkward and told me that I got what I ordered “two refreshers made with water and no ice”. I repeated my original order to her and she just rolled her eyes and made the drinks without another word to me. I’m only posting because I go there often and this was the first time that someone has been so rude to me. I get that she maybe misunderstood me but the attitude for a simple correction was uncalled for and uncomfortable.

Routinely pop into this location and often times staff is a bit grumpy but a shout out to Taylor (sp?)! She is always in a great mood and has something encouraging to say. It can get a bit congested as this location as the parking lot is shared with other businesses but most of the time they move you through fairly quickly.

I'm writing this for all starbucks coffee shopsMore than 3 times the cups to go. You use are so flimsy the tops come off the cup in the pictures I was trying to pour onto a travel coffee mug which is more secure after the coffee soaks your paper cups they get really squishy and spill im showing the cup and my dress which is brand new and stainedI love your coffee and foodPlease either use better paper cups and napkins or allow customers to bring in their own cup or open the places for seating at the TargetsThe coffee was also very hot ?

My daughter loves this Starbucks. Friendly staff, fast drive through and good walk in service. Get the egg bites!
So disappointed in Starbucks service. We have been waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning. I would rather drive across town to get coffee from a competitor than have to wait 30 minutes plus for 2 drinks.
