The parking at this Starbucks location is very limited and tight, but the staff is amazing! They are friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting. I really enjoyed having my coffee in a mug again instead of the usual paper to-go cup. It was a great place to study before my exam. The other customers were friendly as well, so it seems like a nice neighborhood.

If you don’t order via mobile app, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for your order. And don’t be surprised if they forget one or two items on your order. This Starbucks is far too busy and anyone walking in is put to the back of the list continually, never getting their order. Go any here else or mobile order and you will have your drink in less than 2 minutes!

I order the same drink and it comes out so different every single time. I really wish they were more consistent. Every time I come in the workers seem short and annoyed with me which kinda sucks because I only go when Im having a good day.

Cold breakfast sandwich, which after returning 5 minutes later seemed to be my problem. His resolution was for me to buy another. Although just a sandwich their answer was poor. Not too mention the traffic congestion was awful!

Honestly, I don’t know what’s going on at this Starbucks. The service was terrible. The staff looked annoyed from the moment I walked in, and when I asked a simple question about the menu, they answered super rudely—like I was bothering them or something.
I get that people have bad days, but this wasn’t just one person, it was the whole vibe. No smile, no “thank you,” just cold energy the whole time. I’ve been to other Starbucks locations and never had this kind of experience.
