I love the location, and the drinks are always good. The biggest problem is the staff is not educated on selling syrup bottles. I have been told they don't sell any ever. I have been told the bottles don't have SKU's. I understand if they are low on stock, but don't make up the reasons. I am not asking for Holiday syrup, just plain year-round syrup.

Staff was very friendly and fun, made some great suggestions and did a great job even when busy. The shop was nice and clean, including the restrooms. I will be making this a regular coffee stop when working in the area.

Felipe is a fantastic barista and was the first person at this location to make a genuine connection with me as a repeat customer over the past few years. Good people work here.
I had not been through this particular Starbucks drive through before. There was a menu board on the side but zero indication that was where my order should be given. I spoke up and then waited for 10-15 seconds...nothing. So I pulled through thinking perhaps this store took orders at the window. Nope. It was back at the unhelpful menu board.I just wanted an grande unsweet black iced tea so the window employee was very kind and let me order it at the window and pay for it there. I was shocked to hear the price of a grande unsweet black tea (about a cup and a half of plain tea over ice) was almost $5! At that price, I won't be getting an iced tea at Starbucks again any time soon.
