Worst Starbucks location in the area. Lack of staff. Long waits. Drinks come out tasting not as they should. Go to a different location!

After reading other negative reviews, I can see that the management and ownership of this facility truly does not care about their customers experience and they're in it just for the money. And I also noticed that all the responses to the negative reviews are almost identical with a generic statement of reaching out to the management if we want to discuss anything further, which is a slap in the face to the consumer. There's only one way to teach a lesson to a business that conducts themselves in this manner and that is to boycott this location permanently. Your choice is a customer so it's up to you as Google readers on how you will respond.
My original statement of review: First of all, Starbucks food should be avoided at all costs. Not good nor properly made. I've been there half a dozen times and at least four out of the six times I've been there My coffee came out lukewarm and tasted nasty. And I'm referring to just regular black coffee. Personally I don't know that I'll return unless I have somebody with me that's requesting Starbucks coffee. I can get a better hot cup of black coffee at McDonald's for way less money than trying to fight the drive-thru at this location and the lack of attention to their coffee product that's served in the public. Can't quite see the attraction anymore of Starbucks coffee

My drinks tipped out of the carrier as I got into my car, spilling all over me. Staff was super nice about getting me napkins and remaking the 2 drinks. It was much appreciated

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Horrible service. Incompetent staff. Got tiresome sending drinks back twice through the drive-through window iust to come back worse. Even swung around the front before 9pm to walk inside to express my concerns, staff locked the doors early and laughed as I checked both doors. The staff is entitled and not customer-oriented. Extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the worst starbucks location in the KCMO area.

honestly everything about here is so amazing and perfect, this is my regular starbucks and they’re always so kind and make the drinks very well even when they’re busy in the morning. def would recommend!

Great service! It was a very busy time of day. my order was made promptly, but with care. It was a delicious matcha latte w oat milk. Staff were very friendly and attentive!

BUYERS BEWARE- Over Charging- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I went through drive through ordering a drink I order almost everyday-Salty Carmel Cold Brew( light ice, extra Cold Foam, and sugar) And the employee was about to charge me $1.25 for extra cold foam. I let her know that I shouldn't get charged for the extra foam, She said they changed their prices. I let her know that the other 4 Starbucks I go to have never charge me for this, she said she was sorry but they do. I said ok- I will have an Ice Carmel Latte- now she is charging an extra .80 for Carmel. I told her that wasn't right, she said sorry they changed their prices. I told her to cancel my order and I would go somewhere else. Drove to the Starbucks on Renner & 119th. Got my Cold Brew the same way no extra charges, and a smile. I asked them about a raise in prices she says we never charge for extra foam. Thank you!
