Always a go to for coffee. Went in on a Saturday morning to pick up online order. My order wasn’t on the shelf area they put them on the counter. Three people working there at the time. No one acknowledged me for ten minutes only to find out my drink was sitting behind the little shelf area the whole time. Not happy.
The frustrating thing about this location is that half the time, an Americano is made correctly. The other half the time it's not. There is one or two barista that make the hot americano correctly. For what it costs, the drink should be made right. This is a four star location in my mind.
We are a new business in the area- Children of America, and we so appreciate the kind and friendly staff here at Starbucks! Many of our staff drive through this location to grab a morning coffee. Even our mascot, Bentley, loves his pup cups! Please come check out this wonderful location and grab a coffee!
