I ordered 1 sweet onion teriyaki chicken 6 inch and 1 ultimate B.M.T with double meat. I picked them up and brought them home. I got upset that sweet onion teriyaki sauce was not in at all. Also, Ulitmate B.M.T didn’t have double meat which I paid for it. I called them and they ordered me to bring them back. I told them NO since I was working all day and picked our foods but they didn’t follow our orders! They said can’t refund. Wow! They shouldn’t work there if they can’t read our orders!! Never order from this place ever again!!

The twin young mem that work there are fantastic. They are pretty new and needed help so they called their manager who basically told them to figure it out. They then had to call her back and got about the same response. She eventually showed up and was just mean and nasty. We waited like a half hour at least and she didn't offer to give us anything for our time

The manager is rude and mean and she shouldn't be working with people.

The employee was high, super high, and gave us stuff on sandwiches that we didn't ask for, forgot how to make them, and was really slow. BUT, the sandwiches are good, so hey.

Today I had the WORST experience with this Subway on 701 E. Santa Fe in Olathe, KS. Not only was the chicken teriyaki sandwich without flavor (and very dry) but the manager (Heaven) would not honor the two coupons I showed her. She gave me a song and dance recording which basically said her cash register could not hande 2 coupon transactions. Say what? I think that's a lame excuse. Heaven wasn't exactly the most friendly person to deal with either. All in all this was a total turn off for me. I won't be returning to this Subway location EVER again.

Heaven, the person behind the counter was AMAZING! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! We usually go to the location on Lone Elm in Olathe, but they have the worst leadership and management I have EVER SEEN. I've been in restaurants for over 30 years. Subway on Santa Fe in Olathe restored my faith in the younger generation. THANK YOU to the lady named HEAVEN. Thank you for answering the phone. YOU ARE AWESOME

Came in to get two sandwiches. Robert was terribly rude. With how the job market is, there is no reason why you should have miserable people working for you. Tons of jobs that don’t involve service if you don’t like it then why do it to yourself.

This was a delivery order. I was very precise with my order, which was 2 sandwiches, the Philly Meal Deal and the Monster Sub. Since the monster sub came only as a sandwich I ordered chips and a lemonade as an add on. When my son received the order he asked the driver about our drinks and he said that the store said there none ordered. There was. We each opened our sandwiches and NEITHER of our sandwiches had any vegetables.They were supposed to have. My son should also have had included on his some banana peppers.I immediately called the store and after 2 disconnects I got a young man who works there. I told him of my situation and said I would like some kind of refund since the whole order was messed up in some order. He said I would definitely have to bring the sandwiches back to the store. I asked him who was going to come get them and return to us new correctly made sandwiches. I asked for corporates phone number and of course, he had no idea. So I asked to speak to the Manager and what their name is. He said she was gone until 6 or 7 this evening and he name is Heaven. At 6:15pm I called the store. Three disconnects. No contact. My son tried calling from his phone and also had no contact with three disconnects.So I went to the corporate website. The website was not working.I highly do not approve of this stores customer service!
