I got a footlong sub by the lone teen employee. It was 30 min before closing so I believe he was busy with closing duties but the employee didn't hear me come into the restaurant and I had to wait 5 or so min before he knew I had come in. Not a big deal but I started to wonder if someone was working. I have to say the employee was not the very well groomed. Not to be mean at all he just looked like he hadn't showered lately. It's just when someone is making your sandwich you want them to look clean. Not asking for rock star looks just clean. This is really why I'm giving a 2 star rating. I asked for a large ice water because that's what I really wanted and he could only give me a very small water cup or charge me full price for a large drink. He stated they count inventory on cups which is normal. However I'm not paying 2.20$ for a cup of tap water. I asked can I purchase the cup then put ice water in. I meant literally pay cost or a little above cost for the cup w no soda or other drink in it. He said policy states I have to pay for a beverage I'm not getting to just get some ice water. So silly. I did tell him now I gotta go drive to Quick Trip to get a large ice water in which I did pay cost for the at .28 cents. How ridiculous is it that after I paid 20.00$ in sandwiches I had to drive elsewhere to get my darn ice water. To much work so I won't go to subway anymore there are so many great sandwich places now days and they didn't sponser/employee a known child molester (remember Jarred ).

Terrible service. Nobody was at the front. Waited 10 minutes, and still nobody. Ridiculous!

This Subway is very nice, and likely one of the best Subways in Olathe. The workers, especially one named Barry, are very enthusiastic and happy to do their work. The cashier recommended the Italian Hero, which I ate and enjoyed very much. It was overall a very good experience, and I would definitely come again.
