This Subway was out of steak and chicken, service was horrible who ever they have attending the store after 4pm has 0 Customer service attention, when he was done assisting me , he went and sat in the lobby picking at his nose. In my opinon with how many other options there is out there Subway needs to pick it up. Jersey Mike's & Goodcents are down the road far better options to pick from

I can honestly say, Andrew was the best Subway employee that I've ever encountered. I ordered 3 sandwiches, right after a family in front of me. He was excellent under pressure. Calm, organized and pleasant to speak with. He was also training someone who just started. After checkout, I chatted with him for a bit and thanked him for such good customer service. ....And he told me he has only been there for 4 months and he is only 16!!! Andrew, you will go far in life with your work ethic and personality! Good job!

I had 3 sandwiches. One was supposed be on artisan italian bread with double turkey and ham with double cheese. I ended up getting a flat bread with turkey and cheese only and it wasn't double meat and cheese.

Very poor customer service, one can understand that perhaps the English language is not spoken very well and the person who is attending can seek help, but I call a Mexican and the Mexican ends up insulting us. Places like these really shouldn't exist. I do not rate them because it would be rewarding them with a star where they really do not serve to serve. They are the most expensive breads I have ever paid for and the poorest I have ever eaten.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to they were so slow and were annoyed with online orders and so they did ours (an online order) slower. I mean part of the customer service is going at a rapid speed and we shouldn’t be standing there like oh my God how is this dude so slow and in addition to this just paid $40 for some sandwiches and there is basically nothing on the sandwich. An foot-long has four cucumbers. I’m annoyed

Worst subway I've been too. Understaffed and long waits. Employee (singular) do the best they can to keep up.
I ordered 3 sandwiches today and these are the saddest sandwiches I've ever gotten from Subway. I got an " ultimate bmt" and there is only one thin layer of each of the meats? They used to put 2 or at least fold it over? I feel like there used to be more meat. I've never had a sandwich so thin despite buying the flat bread. Overall all 3 sandwiches were similarly disappointing.

The guy that took my order (Nick) was not a nice person. He acted like i have been there before, which i haven't, and he was rude when i was talking, he would just cut me off, it got really annoying. I tried to get a foot long and he said we don't have any but u saw bread right there.

Nick is not a good worker, when we asked for tuna he said there was zero tuna. But me and my buddies clearly saw a tub full of tuna. Not just that he has a very poor attitude and was very rude to me and my friends. Ruined my day!!!
