We were in tonight at the start of the Chiefs vs Bills game and there was only one girl working. she was slammed but did awesome under pressure . I didn’t get her name but hats off to her .She had a crazy amount of online orders she was trying to fill and went in order. I hope next time Management works one of these night because Im sure there will be upset people by the wait. But the girl with short blonde/blonde hair girl did great under a lot of pressure.

This young man was providing good service but it was frustrating because I ordered a philly 6" sandwich toasted. he put the sandwich in the toaster and he said the toaster was not working well because it burnt the bread. he said he can't use the toaster and said he could remake the sandwich but not toasted or make a different sandwich untoasted. I asked if the meat was cooked and he said yes and I said dump the meat on to new bread. I didn't want to think about another sandwich.

I have ordered delivery/pickup from this store at least 15 times, 4 sandwiches at a time. They are completely incapable of making them all correctly if you aren't watching them make them. It's a running joke at our house at the moment. I keep hoping they will get it right and I always feel stupid that I keep trying. I'm typing this looking at my spicy Italian that apparently consists of ham, pepperoni, and cheese. Nothing else. No condiments, no veggies. How do you screw up a spicy Italian? At a certain point it's clear that it isn't incompetence. They just don't care. (Keep the veggies and condiments you like in your fridge if you order from this store so you can repair your sandwich when it comes. That's assuming they at least get the meat on it (which they've left off before).

The guy who waited on us was pretty rude. We got an Italian BMT Salad, an Ultimate BMT Footlong, and a custom BLT Footlong. The guy was kind of snappy, got irritated at my father because he couldn't hear him very well, didn't even cut out sandwiches, throwing them on the counter by the cash register when they were fully wrapped, and just overall seemed annoyed to be there. I get people have bad days, but I work at a restaurant and even when I'm having a bad day, I don't take it out on customers.

The older woman (who I assume is the manager) seems to consistently have a terrible attitude and is always trying to pick a fight. Simply trying to point out a missing key ingredient she snapped at us and was all but refusing to add it without charging extra, despite it being included in the menu item. Seemed very angry and unwilling to cooperate. She should find a different job because she is clearly unfit for the service industry. I recommend avoiding this store, the drive to any other nearby subway or sub shop is 110% worth it over this one.
