This is partially my fault, because I keep ordering from here hoping they’d get an order correct. Last few orders, the wrong sandwich was made and/or delivered.
Today I called the store. The woman that I spoke to was extremely rude, and told me that they sent out the correct order, but if they had, why would I be calling?
I won’t order from this store anymore. I should have read the reviews, because apparently I’m not the only one.

I am not normally one to complain, but I cannot hold back. The amount of vegetables on this sandwich was abysmal and the owner of this franchise should be ashamed they are serving food like this. I didn't bother taking a photo of the other half as it is just as pathetic.
In the WHOLE 12" sandwich, there were 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, and maybe 4 pieces of spinach. Shame on me for not looking at my order when I picked it up! Next time, I guess I'll order extra and hopefully get what I would call a normal amount.

I was tended by the tall slender kid named Alex. For some reason he was very difficult and came off as hostile when I asked him simple questions. I am not sure as to why he acted this way as I did not do anything to provoke him. He also seemed very annoyed like he did not want to be there and also was a bit reckless with the food I was paying for.
Please do better in training your employees on what quality customer service is so I do not have to write another bad review. I do not believe that other paying customers should have to go through what I went through.

I had an exceptional experience at Subway thanks to Devin and El-dad! From the moment I walked in, Devin and El- dad greeted me with a warm smile and provided outstanding service. There werr attentive, patient, and ensured my sandwich was made exactly to my liking. The ingredients were fresh, and Devin's expertise in crafting the perfect sandwich truly stood out. El-dad friendly demeanor and professionalism made my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this Subway location and commend Devin and El-dad for their excellent service! Five stars all the way!

We ordered online and 35 minutes of waiting and then putting 7 other orders in front of us I work at subway myself and they honestly just sucked at everything nobody washing their hands and everybody is slow and barely knows what they’re doing Ik my manager makes sure our service and quality isn’t as terrible as it was here

Meatballs were burnt, the cashier was working with a sauna solicitor in the line so it took some time for the guy to ring out my food, employees were doing much of nothing, etc. Don't go here.

Always out of everything. At least the last five times I was they were out of bread, red wine vinegar, sandwich meat, plastic ware, no condiments like mayo or mustard to go, not even a container to put it in,
ice machine not working. Its none stop. The place is poorly managed and very cheap. Every sandwich you order tastes like tuna salad. Upset stomach after eating there. I do not recommend this location on Murlen. Its just gross.

I ordered a sandwich online. I ordered it at 1:30pm. He went to pick it up 20 minutes later. They told me that they deleted your order, but they took the money and I did not receive my food.

How do you order off of a website that doesn't load?
When we came in on 2/17, 2:20pm to have lunch, all of the tables and chairs were dirty. We approached one of the employees and asked if they had something we could wipe our table and chairs with before eating. She rudely responded “I could get in trouble for you doing my job and I don’t have time right now.” She went back, put gloves on, and started making sandwiches for others. We ended up grabbing paper towels from the bathroom, put hand soap and water on them and wiped them down. Extremely disappointed in the rude response and lack of service.

Best Subway we have had in a long time! We went over lunch in 01/18. At first I was a little worries because they seemed low or out of a lot of ingredients. But, we we went through the line they kept running back into the back to get fresh ingredients. It did take a little longer than normal but it was so worth the wait! The woman working even gave a little pieces of their new footlong cookies to apologize for the wait and that was so good we may need to order one the next time! We will be back!! We bith got the Supreme meats on garlic herbs and cheese!
