You would think ordering online would make it easier for people to follow directions, but you'd be surprised if you pick up your food here. I have pictures of the receipt and what was ordered vs what was received. Pretty difficult to understand (unless items were missing) why there would be so many discrepancies. I'm not usually the one to complain if something is missing here and there, but if you can't read, we have an issue. Wrong bread, wrong ingredients, wrong cookies and didn't even cut the sandwich correctly. Hopefully the manager reaches out, I have pictures of everything, but if you want to receive what you paid for, don't go here. Plus William who answered the phone has very little problem solving skills and is pretty rude. Good luck.

Went inside to get a DoorDash I walked in talked nice to her she just completely started down at me since I walked in , told her who my order was to didn’t say a single word and stood there awkwardly . And when she did she pretty much tossed me the food and told me to grab chips off the rack with a very ugly tone . And she just tuned around and was in her phone .

The absolute slowest service that I’ve ever experienced at a food establishment. A teenage kid was left by himself to work and moved at a snails pace - for context - with 3 people in front of us, it took 25 minutes to even start taking our order. Will never return to this location again!

Subway has just forgotten about this establishment. They are always out of stuff, they are EXTREMELY understaffed, online ordering is a complete mess to navigate, and the employees seem to be stressed out all the time. Subway, if you can't take care of the businesses you already have, then don't open new ones. It's extremely disappointing and saddening to see how this subway is just going down into crumbles.

Probably the worst Subway experience of my life. I don't expect too much from Subway either. I echo alot of the other reviewers. Felt like second class citizens standing in line. They were preparing to go orders very fast. At least a dozen before I got up. To add insult to injury, I had to wait to check out after my sandwich was done, so he could complete another to go order. Too bad. Will not be back here to this one.

I went to this store at 3:28p on 8/24/24, and there was only one worker. No problem it is slow time. He never said really "hi" or anything while he was making online orders as we were standing there, that is fine too. We order a pretzel/w cheese, and 2 6in sub meals, both were Toasted, I watched him toast them. I pay and we sit down, and I pull out a black curly hair out of my bag, which is gross but it wasn't on or in our food. We start eating and my meat inside my Toasted sandwich was still cold, so I fo up to the worker and ask if I can have it re-toasted. He says it is Toasted, I say yes but it is still cold and I said I want it re-toasted, again. He started arguing with me that he did toast it and what was on the sandwich. I said, I am sorry since you don't want to re-toast my sandwich I would like my money back. He said, I can toast it for you, I said Nope! You are arguing with me and now I just want my money back. Such poor customer service, no wonder they have a 3.6 rating and never give you your receipt, and the worker didn't have a name tag on and would give me his name! Do better, DO BETTER!

Used to come here multiple times a week because it’s the only thing around my work. They stopped participating in the coupons and so now I refuse to go back.
The two employees were rude as could be. Gave every customer a dirty look, talked extremely quiet with an attitude, not a single smile or welcoming environment. I’ve worked food and realize it’s not fun or easy but NEVER treat your customers that way.

I went in to buy a sandwich that is usually $15 and some how walked out paying more than $17. Didn't realize till after I walked out. I understand when you go to subway that you are agreeing to an already overly priced sandwich but you don't need to overcharge anymore than you already do. On top of that he couldn't even toast my sandwich all the way through.

Did an online pickup, only to find out I’d be eating bread mostly with a little bit of protein and veggies. Seriously, what happened to integrity? Very disappointing! Do NOT do an online order here!
I enjoy dining in and chatting with the store manager. She is very personable. The atmosphere is always quiet.

It's ok. Typical Subway. Overpriced lunch meat sandwich. The guy who made our sandwiches was polite.
