Went to Taco Bell around midnight and ordered a Crunchwrap and tacos. When I got the bag I noticed the Crunchwrap was supreme after asking for a regular Crunchwrap, so I went back through the drive thru and was told the regular is supreme. I confirmed it had tomato and sour cream on it if it’s supreme and they said yes but didn’t get a new Crunchwrap and now I’m -1 Crunchwrap and just wish they would’ve replaced it.

Stopped by the drive thru for my regular late night meal & had to ask the worker his name. Ryan. He always greets me with a smile, good conversation and makes sure the food is fresh! great worker! great food!

I ASKED FOR CHIPS AND THEY PUT IN TWISTS INSTEAD AND I PAID FOR VERDE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT IT IN!!!

The weather outside was 78 and they had the inside so hot and said the reason was because they get in trouble when they touch the thermostat. They were rude is saying so. Horrible experience and it was so hot in there that we had to eat really fast to leave. I ended up throwing away food because the heat made me lose my appetite. It was cooler outside where it was 78 degrees.
Would rate zero stars if I could. The staff at this location (12075 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062) watch for vehicles parking in their lot and eating at the Chick-fil-a immediately adjacent and have them towed. This is in Olathe, KS!! My wife caught the tow truck driver before they could remove the vehicle and had to pay $100 for them to lower the vehicle. We will never eat at Taco Bell again because of this incident.

Drive through guy sounded like he didn't want to be there, but that's subjective; I mean who really does? However, what also didn't seem to want to show up was the amount of steak and sauce in my two orders (total of 4) street tacos. Found an atrocious amount of steak, sauce, and really anything else. Had this same order from a Taco Bell in Wichita with so much steak and sauce I was drowning in it. Avoid the street tacos from this location.

We ordered 4 taco Supremes, but instead we received 4 regular tacos with no sour cream or tomatoes. When we called to report the issue the store manager Jamie said we could return the order and she would replace it. By this time we've already eaten half the dinner so it's our loss. What happened to your old reliable staff? This used to be such a great store! Very disappointing.
