Service was great, but the chicken was of the processed variety, everything was nothing but doughy and the Cheese was so cheap, my stomach bloated to a new dimension, but the lady who took the order was the best and she should go and get a better paying job, she deserves it!

I'm speechless. I just tried to order a nacho bell grande. With some hot sauce packets. She kept asking me what kind of hot sauce. What do you mean? Don't they have mild hot fire and diablo? Isn't hot just hot? She was so damn confused I ended up driving off. So sad ??

This has always been my favorite Taco Bell in Olathe. Clean, friendly, consistently good food and service. Lately, things have been going downhill. I go through the drive-through and the last 3 times I've been there, they do not give me any hot sauce, despite me including it in my order, then being asked if I want hot sauce (yes), and asking if they remembered to put hot sauce in the bag when they hand it to me. They always say yes and since I'm in my car, I don't notice until I get to the nearest park that they have not given me any hot sauce.Today, I decided to sit in the adjacent parking lot and eat my taco. No hot sauce. So I drove back to the Taco Bell, waited in line for hot sauce. It was obviously served with more than a little rage, btw, as I was given a regular sized bag filled with hot sauce packets. To the person who did that, I can assure you that your message was received. What I didn't know at the time was that wasn't your only message. When I opened the wrap that should have been around my taco, inside was a soggy, crumbled mess. The sack was pristine as was the wrapper on the outside that is. It look as though whatever it had started out to be had been taken out of the garbage and thrown into a wrapper. There was no reason for this to have been done, by the way, as I've always let the people there know how much I appreciate them. Today's visit was disgusting. Never again.

I went there mid-afternoon on Sunday and was pleased there was absolutely no line for the drive through. The food portions were very good. The person at the at the drive through was nice. All in all a pleasant experience.
This specific location has always had the best service and food. I've never had an order wrong, have barely waited in the drive thru, and have always had friendly service! I'll hold out on my craving if I'm near a different location to come here.
