Went in early for breakfast burritos got regular soft tacos. Sent message online about error and they said they would send me a coupon for a free meal. Two weeks and nothing. Sent them an email that I never received anything. They said they would “resend” still nothing. Terrible service all the way around.

Taco John's been around for a while. I really do love their food when it's made properly. Today I have my feelings hurt because my taco salad really sucked and so did the person taking my order at the drive-thru! I told her I wanted some original packages of taco sauce and the green package of taco sauce for some reason she could not get that through her head. 🤷🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽 Papa John's always had really good food but today mine turned out very yucky and very cold. The meat was cold! I asked for extra sour cream and extra cheese and I didn't get it. Needless to say my taco salad went to the trash!!
