Tried several types of tacos and I would recommend the pastor and the softer cuts like suadero and buche. The chicken taco was dry and the carne asada taco tasted like old oxidized grease, was also bland and dry, the tripa was hard not crispy like I requested so not good.

Wow, this truck is now my go to for legit Mexican food. Their quesabirria is spot on and we finally found pastor that is more similar to what we were used to in LA. They are new to town so the lines are still short/non-existent but I'm sure it won't be long before it gets busier.

I order a guacamole and it look like salsa with hardly any avocado. Tacos they look good but no flavor at all.at all. We order 5 different ones asada, chorizo, barbacoa, tripa and birria. No flavor! Not worth my money at all!
Absolutely incredible. The person taking our order talked me into ordering tripa, which I never in a million years would want to try. But he really sold it well so I tried it and was blown away! It was so delicious, as was the quesabirria and queso dip. I cannot wait to go back again!
