My current jam is twice cooked pork, extra spicy, and it was packed with tender pork with crispy veggies. My wife loved her hot braised chicken which is not common anymore and my son found a new favorite for him in General Tso chicken.
Great egg drop soup and also crab rangoon.

Your food is delicious. Service is amazing. Two things I would recommend leave the sugar out of the cream cheese in your crab rangoon and add chives. And stop using Styrofoam for your to-go orders

This is our favorite Chinese food place in the area. They are reasonably priced, the staff is very pleasant, the place is always clean, and the food is always out quick, fresh, and delicious. They’ve also been here in Olathe for decades. It’s easy to overlook the building as it blends in with the businesses beside it, but if you are looking for excellent Chinese food at a reasonable price in Olathe, you can’t do any better.
Our first time trying Tea Garden on Thanksgiving & it was fabulous! We got double cooked pork & Amazing Chicken, chicken egg rolls, crab Rangoon & it was all delicious! My father who rarely likes Chinese said it’s the best he’s ever had. Courteous staff. We will be back!

Went on an anniversary date with my boyfriend here and we were sat right next to the drink dispenser when there were much better seats open in the restaurant (about 10 free seats) took 45 plus minutes for two plates of food to come out and the honey walnut shrimp I ordered which said a mayo-honey sauce was pure honey, no mayo in sight. It was so strong of a sweet honey flavor I couldn't eat it, if they were out of mayo I would've rather them be honest with me so i could order something else instead of them trying to cover it up with sub-par food.

The last time I was at Tea Garden must have been a long time ago, because it was a buffet when I was here last. Even though the buffet is gone, the food is great and the service is good. I'd definitely recommend it.

Stopped by just for boba. Restaurant was empty, was asked to take a seated waited about 6 minutes or so which is fine. Until I recieved the $9 drink that had all hard Boba. It seems they were out of boba and tried to quickly make some instead of being upfront and honest when I ordered.
