Neat store with tons of stuff!
My son ordered my husband a knife for Christmas and the wrong one came. I called and spoke to Joe who immediately was on it and apologized for the mistake. Not only did the correct knife arrive not long afterwards but it came with an apology note and they let us keep the knife that was originally sent due to their mistake. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service. Joe was in frequent contact with me throughout and I was so impressed with his professionalism.
We order our BBQ sauce and ship it to Atlanta.
KC BBQ Store is AH-MAZING!!!!! They have EVERYTHING! I am from the South and love smoked meats and can enjoy real Southern BBQ flavors. I come into this store just to imagine all of the possibilities!

I source all my rubs and sauces from them, I usually spend about a thousand dollars a year. I made a large order then 25 hours later I had a life altering problem go on and needed a refund to my order. Even though it was already shipped they ate the shipping and refunded all my money. I will never buy sauce or rubs available through them from any other.place. straight stand up dudes
We just purchased a smoker and have been cooking everything we could get our hands on. We stopped in here and found a ton of great equipment, rubs, sauces, wood supplies, and even mest at pretty reasonable prices.
We'll be back for sure.
