Nice, newer hotel, part of the Marriott Bonvoy family, and located right next to the Garmin Soccer Complex. They had a very nice breakfast buffet set up with a great guy running it. Plenty of standard hotel breakfast food but it was perfect for the teams and their families. Staff was very accommodating even with dozens of kids running around. There was a big room off the lobby that the teams used to bring in food and hang out. The only drawback was No swimming pool. If you want peace and quiet, make sure to ask if there is a soccer tournament that week end. Great area with plenty of restaurants and stores.

Staying at this lovely new hotel was fabulous!! The front desk staff was excellent!! I received a room upgrade when I checked in. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was great too! I would highly recommend staying at this fabulous hotel!

Hotel is adjacent to soccer fields; bright lights shine on one side of the hotel. Ask for a room facing the highway. Bartender was great. It was nice having a full bar in the lobby. I had to leave early in the morning so I couldn't try the breakfast.

Such a great atmosphere with yummy food! Drinks were made in house and so tasty. Find this gem inside the Four Points Hotel. The outdoor area such a great area to enjoy one of their yummy apps! 5 Stars!!

Incredible food made with love by Chef Devon and Elijah tonight!! This is not typical hotel food my friends. This is worth coming back to every night. The apps during happy hour from the artichoke dip, hummus platter were fresh and tasty large platters full of veggies, fresh tortilla chips and pita bread. The sliders were outstanding- steak, onion and horseradish sauce so good! The meatballs were awesome and also served with fresh salad with blue cheese crumbles and walnuts sooo good and a great compliment. The tomato bisque with a spicy corn muffins- sooo good. Everything we ordered was fabulous. Highly recommend! Our bartender Alan was great and personable keeping us well fed and never thirsty. Thanks for having 2 IPAs on tap!! Great evening. Great service. Great food!!!!

Great hotel at a great price. Comfortable and clear room. All was well until the air conditioner kicked on. Loudest, most annoying thing ever. Difficult to sleep through the noise. All I got at checkout was a "thanks for letting us know". Sorry to say but you didn't win a return customer with that.

Brand new hotel in a nice area with restaurants nearby. Katie at the front desk did a first class Titanium Elite welcome. Lewis at the restaurant/bar was very professional. Great experience. Minsky's Pizza is next door. Good food and extremely convenient. One note: This hotel has the most covers on the bed that I have ever seen. Four layers including the sheet! You will not be cold...lol.

Stayed at the new Four Points in Olathe for a week during a business trip. I wasn't really sure what to expect. The Four Points I've seen in my local area are a little rough, but this one looked nice and new, and was very close to the site I was visiting, so gave it a shot. For a small hotel, I think they've created a really nice, comfortable experience here. Their lobby area has plenty of room and seating and tables (with lots of outlets) that can make effective work spaces as needed. As our site was still working on standing up wifi, this was really great to sit down here and be able to do some work in the morning. The room was standard, but nice and functional. I found it very comfortable. Solid bed, hot shower, clean. The Terrace restaurant off the lobby was solid. I had their salmon special which was really excellent. Another night I tried the tomato bisque and that was also good. The menu itself isn't too extensive, and there is a portion dedicated to a daily special...they really ought to open that up to be ordered anytime...it's not like they are bringing in the ingredients for just that day. (My server did offer to check if they could make me something from another day, but not sure if that is going to be the norm.) They also feature a lot of local beers to try. Here are my minor gripes that wouldn't prevent me from returning: - The heater was on the very loud side - seemed to be a problem with it cycling as it kept clicking on and off. I simply turned it off as the temperature was fine for me, but in the extreme temps I could see this being an issue. (I did mention it to the associate at the front desk and she assured me it would be checked out.) - The fire alarm in the room is one of those ones that blinks every 10 seconds and is fairly bright - like having a lighthouse in your room. If you're a light sleeper like me, it's really obnoxious. I don't know why they do this...I want it to wake me up if there's an issue, not keep me awake all night when there isn't one. I had to cover the LEDs up with a sticky note. - This isn't necessarily a problem with this particular property, but I requested some additional bath amenities on the Bonvoy app and they never showed up. I find the hit rate on that thing to be around 60%. I don't understand why they roll that feature out if they can't execute on it consistently. Lastly, I have to really commend the service. Everyone I talked to there was extremely friendly and interested in how my stay was going. Both servers I had in the restaurant, Lewis and Ridgely (sp?), were exceptional and clearly were engaged with created a good experience for the guest. They know the sweet spot of being attentive without being annoying. Four Points is clearly trying to cater to the business traveler, and I think they are doing a terrific job of it so far. This place is brand new, so really hoping the hotel can keep this kind of experience going after the honeymoon period is over and create a good destination for future trips.
