Went here to have dinner with my son and it was closed down.

Online order scheduled for a 5pm pick up. Arrive at 5pm. There quite a bit of back and forth on if I had ordered online, showing my confirmation email, asking if I had the right location, date, etc. They finally found the order at 5:10pm. Gentleman in the kitchen said they missed seeing it. No apology. Told me they’ll work on it now. Around 5:40 the complete order was ready. I asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience as this was a birthday celebration dinner and my family (including small children) were all waiting. Dinner was now delayed 40 minutes. An older gentleman huffed and told me there’s nothing he could do, then he grabbed some bread. I mentioned to him I already order 5 orders of bread, appreciate the offer, but don’t need anymore, but would be appreciate if there was something else they could do. He then talked to the gentleman in the kitchen, he also said no, nothing he can do. Looked annoyed at the request. Then a lady chimed in and said since it was online order, she couldn’t do anything till the end of the business day and can give me a percentage off. I asked/clarified if I’m just going to see it on my credit card. She said yes and confirmed she was the manager. Over a week later, I have not seen anything, but the original charge for the order. Food was good, but first impression and lack of customer service will probably cause no one in the family to go back.

I had a delicious dinner and really loved the chicken parm. Side note: There is no wine/alcohol available in this location. Not a problem for me but something I think some would care about. I cant wait to try the Shawnee location because I am hoping that it makes up in atmosphere what this place is lacking. Not a lack of effort just very limited options in this location.
Service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Give it a try!

Awesome waitress recommended the lasagna. It was exceptional. Nice and light, just perfect combination of cheese and all other ingredients that make a delicious lasagna.

The worst Italian food I’ve ever had, with the worst service. Our party of three got our food delivered to our table in DIFFERENT batches numerous minutes apart. By the time our last meal got here, our first meal was already set aside because it was about as Italian as Rice O Roni. And for $25 dollars, you’d think the crab is real and warm!

It's always a wonderful experience at Toni's. My parents and I have enjoyed eating there on many occasions, often dining with friends, as well. Toni is so personable, and always makes his way around the restaurant to say hello, often assisting the serving staff along the way.

I grew up in an Italian family with a Mom who makes family recipes, so the standard for Italian is high- and Toni's meets it!

It really gives that genuine, authentic, "when you're here, you're family" feeling. I can't say enough good things about this place. The food is excellent, the service is always wonderful, and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Perry Como, and all our Italian favorites are played in the restaurant. :)

Though their Olathe location will close in March due to construction near I-35 and Santa Fe, we are looking forward to eating at their Shawnee location until their new Olathe location is up and running!

This is a little gem! The food is outstanding. From the homemade garlic knots and amazing balsamic dipping sauce that is complimentary to the shrimp napoleon, Toni's combo and the Shrimp Scampi every single thing was amazing. Amber our server was excellent, knowledgeable and took great care of us. We will definitely be back and hope Western Shawnee adopts Toni's and makes it a success!

What an amazing find! This little Italian restaurant is wonderful! The staff from the owner to the waitress and the bus boy were all very welcoming and kind! Excellent service. Cute place with an authentic Italian feel! The best part is that they have a full gluten free menu from free starter GF bread, appetizers, a large assortment for main dishes, salads and desserts all gluten free! Yay for Toni's! Thank you! Our meals were delicious and we will be back to your new location as well! Highly Recommend the chicken parmesan!

Nothing to write home about, chicken Piccata is nothing more than boiled chicken tenders that are dumped in a peppery lemon sauce with some Basil. If it was cheaper that would be fine, but I've had better italian dishes from pizza chains.the garlic knots were stale
