I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tropical Smoothie. The cup they served me wasn’t sealed properly at the bottom, and my smoothie spilled everywhere — all over my carpet and completely ruining my meal.
I called the store to let them know, and while the manager did apologize, he also told me there was nothing they could do. As a loyal customer, that response was incredibly frustrating. Accidents happen, but taking no responsibility and offering no solution is unacceptable.
The customer service I received was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. After this, I will no longer be a customer.

I absolutely love this place. I frequent it often 3 to 5 times a week. The service is great. The owner is great employees are I always feel welcome whether you want a quick bite or a nutritional choice of a smoothie they got you 100% recommend.

We love Tropical Smoothie and order often through the Tropical Smoothie app - so we were surprised this evening when the DoorDash driver didn't deliver the Smoothie along with our food. DoorDash didn't return calls or texts. But the owner of the Tropical Smoothie personally called me to apologize and make it right. He really cares about his customers. We order here often and this act of going above and beyond when a mistake happened makes us love them even more! If you haven't tried the Buffalo wrap or the Thai Chicken wrap - DO! They are delicious!!!

Our experience here was extremely pleasant. The customer service was top tier! Everyone was so friendly and attentive to every customer. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by an employee and help you to the counter. If you have any questions about ingredients or recommendations, they are very knowledgeable in their menu and give you good explanations. The bathroom’s are clean, too.
I found it interesting they let me pay extra every time I went in to add chocolate to my smoothie but then my friend went in and ordered it for me and they pointed out to her there was something else on the menu that was the same thing with the chocolate already in it! I also wish their smoothies came in different sizes.

I LOVE our Olathe Tropical Smoothie Cafe location! I order the same thing every time I go which is the Detox Island Green smoothie...spot on delicious every single time! Walk in to a clean space and get met with a huge smile every time...friendly vibes! Today they went above and beyond by helping me out the door and to my car because I am on crutches...I didnt even ask them to help but was so appreciated! Sweet!!!

love this location. i have been going here weekly as a food/drink spot while i wait for my dogs weekly appt, and the service is always AMAZING and everyone is nice , i can see the teamwork that goes on here and the people who take my order are everytime amazing and nice and greet me! looks like they all work together and i have never had a bad experience! it goes a long way in the service / food industry to greet your customers and provide great service and they exceed everytime!! great spot!
