The lady with the black hair that’s working the window is very rude and snobby. I haven’t been nothing but polite to her. If she don’t like her job, she should find something else other than Wendy’s. I even told her I hope her day gets better. This location needs better service.

We ordered 2 biggie bags with the jr bacon cheeseburger (one was asked for plain), coke, and ranch. What we got were 2 biggie bags but 1 with a plain cheeseburger and the other a regular burger. We weren't given a total or a receipt at the time either. Honestly disappointing.

Terrible experience. I ordered on the app, selected carry out. I ordered at 1:15. I get to the restaurant about 1:20. I sat inside and waited. There were NO orders on the mobile stand mind you. About 30 min go by, no update. Lots of people pile in and get helped and served, and I’m still sitting there. Finally I got fed up, and went to the counter to check on my order. It was sitting in paper bag on the dirty counter for about 20 min. They did NOT put it on the mobile order stand, so how was I supposed to know it was ready?? No apology, the guy just said “oh I called that out a long time ago.” Excuse me? This is YOUR fault because you all did not do your jobs appropriately. I would’ve been forgiving if they offered to fix it. They did NOT. Do not order at this location if you know what good for you.
