Yesterday was great. 3 because the food and service is usually lousy. Someone from Columbus needs to come here.

The past several time I've gone through the drive through, I've ordered a number 3 and a couple other things. Every time somehow, I've either not gotten the 10 piece nuggets that I've ordered, or gotten something completely different. One time I got something else, and I brought it up to the guys that was at the windows, saying I got a number 3 and not whatever I got. He argued with me that I got a number 5 and not a number three instead of just making the number 3 and taking the number 5 back. The food is alright, but the service is horrible.

Me and my homeskillets went here to get the krabby patty meals, and the employees refused to serve us. We sat at the register waiting for service, but never got it, even though the employees looked at us several times, they still ignored us and wouldn't give us our krabby patty meals. I'm convinced this location is actually run my Mr. Krabs. Yall sum bums. Wendys, more like the Chum Bucket

Got the pineapple frosty, and a krabby patty burger. Bald old guy set my food on the counter and made the frosty very lazily, didn’t mix it, and syrup and ice cream dripping down the cup. had no lid, and he sloppily put one on there. got all on my hand, was annoying. other workers in the back acting very unprofessional. had a very disappointing experience, won’t be coming back.

Not a clean table in the place... Several customers were having to wipe down the tables themselves.. Yucky. Waited almost 10 minutes just to have our order placed (and there was only 1 person in line ahead of us.
I'm seeing a disturbing trend at other Wendy's in the area as well... We won't be visiting this location again.
Never going to this Wendy’s again. They completely messed up my sandwich and didn’t give us any of the fries for our combos. I asked to have my sandwich remade and they just gave me the deconstructed ingredients. Lettuce. Tomato aand mayo in separate containers. I have to make my own sandwich on a $40 order? This isn’t build-a-bear. The employees were incompetents and didn’t help.

Won’t let you pick up an order at the drive through. Forces you to drive around and come in the building. Would have taken the employee less time to walk over and grab it. Rude customer service.

Good was good and fresh, staff were wonderful. Only cons: floor was sticky and dirty in front of the drink machine and bathrooms were gross.
