I order classic chicken combo and when I got my order , I asked for hot sauce and here was the big surprise when they said, we charge for that! First time I hear a restaurant charge for hot sauce. Never come back good bye.

The two frosty swirls were prepared improperly. Flavored high fructose corn syrup was squirted on the bottom of the cup; not swirled into the frosty .

Once again great treat with the Frosty Key, while waiting for food. The spicy chicken is so good, the team dressed the sandwich like a burger, yum, yummy 😋! The crew is so polite and friendly!

The past several time I've gone through the drive through, I've ordered a number 3 and a couple other things. Every time somehow, I've either not gotten the 10 piece nuggets that I've ordered, or gotten something completely different. One time I got something else, and I brought it up to the guys that was at the windows, saying I got a number 3 and not whatever I got. He argued with me that I got a number 5 and not a number three instead of just making the number 3 and taking the number 5 back. The food is alright, but the service is horrible.
