Staff at this location have been friendly. Every fast food place has something unique or better than others. Wendys has the frosty (which is love), chili, and their burgers are better than McDonalds. For reference, I think McDonalds burgers rank the lowest, with sonic or 4 guys ranking highest.

I was in their drive thru waiting to order. Their Sygma delivery driver was leaving from dropping of their stock and would not stop, forcing me to peal out of there seconds before he would have crushed my van. I then proceeded to ask the manager for the license plate number and they refused to help me at all. The guy at the first window even gave me a receipt for a free frosty(since he saw it all happen) and the manager denied me that as well, at the second window. Their delivery driver almost destroys my vehicle and they do nothing to help me. I just wanted to report the driver for terrible behavior and reckless driving. This is a despicable establishment.

The workers refused to acknowledge our existence even while we were standing at the kiosks. I overheard the manager say “we can’t take any orders until we get this food out”. Reasonable, but at least let me know that you see the family of 5 standing at your POS station. Me and my family stood there for several minutes without a word said to us before we overheard the manager say that.

It never fails that my order is incorrect. I was literally just there (11/11 @ 6pm) and I tried paying with my card. They said my card was declined, so I paid with another one. However I drove to Walmart & was able to use it for a purchase more than what Wendy's was. So your machine is wrong or it's human error. I couldn't get a receipt from Wendy's bc the girl didnt know how to print it. Lastly, I get home & my BACON doublestack is missing the bacon. It's ridiculous. I will not be going go this Wendy's again & will drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in Lenexa.

The incompetency at this location is baffling. The manager does not know how their app works. I try to avoid this location especially during weekday lunch rushes. Literally went to another location and they honored their app coupon.

I didn’t realize that ordering a spicy chicken sandwich meant that I was going to be consuming the equivalent of an old piece of leather. The drive-through workers were rude and short, and they have permanently turned me away from the chicken at this restaurant as a result of the chewy, tough and improperly cooked item
