Don’t go to this place one hour before they closing. They give cold food and that’s not Fair ,for how much you pay.

Got a triple in the drive thru. I live a block away. When I got home, the burger was cold. I'm also a restaurant manager, so I stuck a thermometer in it. 90°. Seriously. The meat patties were overcooked and hard. Clear signs of being in the hot hold for way too long. To the Wendy's restaurant manager: check your cameras. This was right at 10pm. If I don't get a response from you, I will be taking this up with the franchise head, and the health department.

Awful customer service. Paying $30 for 2 meals and they won’t give you ANY sauce. Paying 50 cents for 1 ounce of sauce is ridiculous. I get paying for EXTRA sauce but that is just ridiculous. The guy on the speaker was a complete rude jerk. Wearing not his uniform and smelled of cigarettes at the window. Don’t go here. Paid 13 dollars for barely a chicken sandwich. Don’t eat here. Don’t waste your money

I've been there the last 3 days and they have not been open at 6:45 am. I've been going there since they opened every morning at same time. Not good business practices. Edit:so I looked at website now they have changed the hours from open at 6:30am to open at 8am. Pretty much lost most of breakfast people. Won't be going there

Despite the remodel this building JUST had, the service you still get here is still just not great. My first time ordering after this remodel I had gotten a jr bacon meal to go and unfortunately didn't check the bag before getting to a place I could eat. No fries, no straw, no napkins, and the burger, no joke, looked like it got the better half of a combine. Location wasn't great before the remodel by all means.. buuuut this new coat of paint is really just for show.
