I gave the newness a few weeks to wear off and went mid afternoon with a friend. we both ordered a burger combo. not many customers inside but they had a lot of drive through people waiting. after a substantial wait my order arrived. the burger was quite good but fries were cold and tasted old. my friend had to check twice before his came and when a server walked by I mentioned the fries. she agreed to get more but I watched as she went about other duties. when my friends food finally arrived I told server I was waiting on fries. a manager came and said fries would be ready in 90 seconds. ten minutes later we were ready to leave and I mentioned the fries to the manager who said she had told an employee to take to me. again she apologized and offered me an apple pie. the lunch was a hectic mess and we didn't visit or talk as we were checking on missing food

The burger was ok, but not unusually special. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to go to the counter to check on my order. The person I was with had nearly finished his food when mine was brought to the table.
Too many employees walking around in the dining area not doing anything.

I stopped going to my local whataburger about 3 years ago because the store was always understaffed, I’d always spend 30 mins waiting and that’s unfortunately not an exaggeration, and the food was never right. I decided to try it again and I’m pleased to report, the store was understaffed unfortunately but they didn’t get any of the burgers wrong! They just forgot one order entirely. On the bright side it took 30 minutes again! I told everyone I knew not to go back then, and will do again. Staff the store, and make the orders correct. That’s the basic bare bones requirements of a restaurant. If you have a rush, as restaurants do, staff it accordingly with people who can count how many orders are in the bag. Tasted good though!

I've visited my local Whataburger in Lavonia, GA ten times and during nine of those visits my order was wrong. I even sent a message to the owner asking him to call me and he wouldn't. I've since deleted the app and will NEVER eat at a Whataburger again.

visited the store in Anderson SC ordered using the kiosk and ordered a peppermint shake with our meal then was informed the shake machine was out of order and they could not refund our money because we used the kiosk. MOD said the only thing she could do was turn it over to the corporate for them to refund our money. This happened over a month ago and I still have not heard anything from corporate.

Honey butter chicken wings were pretty good and only there for a limited time. Fries needed a bit more cooking time. Other than that, service was alright and food was given to us in reasonable time.

Just ordered breakfast and it took over 20 minutes to get it. The girl in the drive thru never apologized for the delay and when I said they need to improve their service she replied in a very smart ass manner "maybe you should work here ". Terrible service. I will never go back

Went to this location around 11:15am today. Other than my car there was only one other car in the drive thru. I ordered a simple patty melt meal. Sat at the window for 5-10 mins waiting for my order. I knew I should have checked it before leaving but I was in a hurry. Well, unfortunately they mixed up my order with the ONE other customer. A nasty plain dry chicken sandwich and a cinnamon roll is what ended up being in my bag. I tried to put sauce on the chicken sandwich, but honestly it wasn't good and I don't like cinnamon rolls so that just got tossed. Very disappointed. Seems lazy that the lady at the window didn't check to make sure she was handing the right order out. There were only TWO! I will not go back to this location.
