I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with grilled onions and fancy ketchup, my fries where only half way filled and I didn't get any fancy ketchup on my sandwich

Ordered DoorDash, they didn't prepare my husband burger to order, leaving off the grilled onions and Monterey jack cheese. They also sent us watered down Diet Dr. Pepper instead of regular Dr. Pepper. The fries were old and ice cold, too. I don't know if is just the night shift or the lack of English speaking people these fast food chains hire. But seriously, attention to detail is lacking. Very disappointing. If y'all can't prepare doordash orders appropriately, then get off DoorDash. Whataburger should have stayed out of KC.

I received a huge handful of onions on my burger and a little lettuce. So much onion even after taking them off the onion flavor was still over taking. I didn't want extra onion but got it. The cup was so full of ice and a little soda after leaving the drive threw I had to walk in dump out some of the ice and add soda.Asked for ketchup and got both ketchup and spicy. Im not going to eat the spicy didnt ask for it. Just product waste. Morr mustard off the side of the bun was just messy to eat...Just ask for light ice and onion when ordering

The location had there soda machines not doing its best the drinks were flat. The burger was great but avoid the chicken sandwich it sucks. They also gave me wrong sauce.

Don’t order on the app unless you want your order to be canceled unexpectedly, multiple times & without any explanation because nobody can tell you why. The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

My experience with this particular whataburger location, it depends on who's working. Taking orders and cooking the food, because sometimes it's good and sometimes they can't seem to get it right. I noticed how they like cooking the burgers on one side to speed up the process, but I'd like my burgers well done, which means it has to be cooked on both sides. It's not about the speed, it's about fulfilling My order the correct way. I asked for no salt on the fries and sometime I receive salt. If you by chance, stop by this place, be sure to tell them exactly how you want your order. Other than that, the place is not bad.
