I ordered here on DoorDash at around 11:30pm on 9/17. I usually have a great experience with Wingstop, but this was one of my worst experiences with any restaurant ever. To start off, I ordered Hawaiian wings, a mild flavor, and they gave me an extremely spicy one. I order mild for a reason, and it’s because I do not handle spice well. I have heart related issues that could have gone poorly because of this mistake. On top of this, my lemon pepper wings somehow had a broken bone in them that I almost choked on. And to top it all off, I ordered my fries with extra seasoning and extra crispy. They are soggy and have practically no seasoning. Like, my fries are literally somehow wet. I wouldn’t be surprised if my food was spit in, cause to me it’s clear that the employee who messed up my order this bad must have done it just because they were pissed I ordered so late, even though my dasher got my order well before the store closed at midnight. This level of mistake could have gone very differently if I had more serious health issues. Never ordering from this wingstop again.

I called ahead just to make sure they weren’t closing early at about 11:30 pm & the guy said they closed at 1am. I then asked if I could place an order and he said they weren’t taking orders over the phone. My partner and I decided to head over into the store to order and then he said they weren’t taking orders anymore in store either. This was way before closing too. I get it if they were closing or if they just were busy but he should’ve specified that over the phone.

We’ve spent probably a grand there the last year for parties and tonight will be our last visit. They screwed up our order bigly and gave us a discount on the fries. Thanks!

I will NEVER order from this location again. Placed an order online today and paid online. When I showed up the doors were locked and no one answers the phone. Apparently the employees decided to just walk out. I need a full refund for my order. This is so unprofessional and I will never be coming back here.

I stopped by Wingstop on N. Parker in Olathe this past Friday night after 7:45pm and immediately regretted it. After placing and paying for an order online and waiting 58 minutes as per the time specified on the website, when I got there, I had to wait another 25-30 minutes JUST to tell someone that I was picking up my order along with at least three others in the same boat. EVERYONE working there moved like sloths (the slowest animal known to man) and all looked completely dazed and confused. It was awful. When I finally got my order handed to me, the fries were icebox cold from sitting on their shelf, so I requested they remake them fresh. Another 10 minute wait even though they had fries coming out of the fryer for other orders. Fast forward to getting home and digging in, the ranch they gave me did not have the lid properly affixed, so it spilled all inside the bag which made the biggest mess. The wings were also the WORST ever! I chose lemon pepper (it was 100% tasteless) and garlic parmesan which was also 100% tasteless and slimy. Not a bit of crispness or flavor. The one thing that could make these somewhat tolerable would have been the ranch, but being all in the bottom of the bag, that wasn’t an option. Needless to say, about $16 bucks later, my dinner consisted of a few fries. I had a similar experience with this store before, but as time passed I figured I’d give it another shot. Bad decision on my part. I will not be going back. The next time I’m in the mood for wings, I’ll go to BWW’s or any other spot but here. For real, for real!

Wingstop nails it every time—crispy, flavorful wings and the best seasoned fries around. Lemon Pepper is unbeatable, but every flavor hits. Fast service, great food, no misses.

Update: Just picked up my replacement order and they were outstanding! Great customer service and made everything right! The manager Matt was AMAZING!
Well, I thought I was going to grab food before I had to work an extra shift.... Key word thought...
I was excited to eat and try their new sweet chili glaze, but to my shock, I was TROLLED.....
BECAUSE WHEN I EXCITEDLY OPENED MY WINGS I FELT PURE RAGE THEN DISAPPOINTMENT TO FIND JUST CELERY.....
After calming down I called the store and they didn't believe me at first then I was like I can send a picture. Then he was very apologetic which made me not want to yell at the guy and he said he'd refund me which I need exponentially but wont help my hunger because I cannot leave work.... Ya I used to order here on the regular because my job is down the street, but ya never again.
