I asked for EXTRA COOK TIME FOR THE CHICKEN, the chicken was soggy. Funny thing is... If you all stopped allowing your teenage employees to sit and chat with each other about things that have nothing to do with helping a customer or getting the order done correctly, just maybe the order would have been right. Also, When I did go in there the ones running the counter didnt even give a crap and was rude turned their backs on me and continued to chit chat with each other. Please teach them RESPECT AND TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROPERLY, THE OBVIOUSLY LACK IT. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN SADLY! Wish I could get a Refund back. My kids and husband didn't touch the soggy dang Chicken. Ugh waste of money. Smh spent basically $60 and the service was crappy and the food nasty. Wasn't even cooked properly.

My food was cold as if it’d been sitting out for hours. Nothing was fresh at all and my soda was watered down from the ice sitting and melting. The wait was not long at all so that’s why I’m confused on why I got cold food. Overall never order for delivery you’re better off going in stores if you want hot and fresh food

Ordered dry rub tenders , very over spiced. Not spicy but over spiced. The dry rub was exaggerated on the tenders, inedible. Fountain machine had no flavors left other than diet or sugar free drinks. Store didn't close for another 2.5 hours . It was disappointing. Friday around 930 pm I understand if they would have been busy but there was no line when I got there, I placed my order online . When I got there I saw 4 employees . Maybe the drink machine issue is not very good planning from the manager if syrup was the issue, not sure. Just disappointing meal over all

Ordered with Uber eats and got the wrong food.. but i spoke with Matt and he literally went above and beyond offered me a credit and once i explained i lived in Texas and was just passing thru he then offered to mail me a refund. I realize i got the wrong food but the service alone the amount of concern put into just trying to make me happy is what deserves 5 stars. This is literally the best customer service I’ve ever received from a restaurant and not to be shady but it’s just a wing stop.GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Called this restaurant today , which is Super Bowl Sunday And was told to call back at 5:30 to catch up on orders. Called at 5:33 and was placed on hold. Once back on the phone, she told me they were no longer taking walk-ins or call in orders until after five 530 and then you would call to see if they could take your order. When I mentioned that it was after 530 she hung up on me. I understand that they are busy, but that is no reason to be rude and hang up on a customer. Won’t be going back or calling back!!
