I went into this location. I was the first person this morning. They had apparently had some sort of water main break as water had flooded the store. They had not started any of the orders that we’re pending. I told them what order I was there for, and he said OK I’ll have it ready for you in about 13 minutes. I said OK no worries. About 3 to 5 minutes later two guys came in and not only did they do their orders first they completely disregarded me and after 20 minutes I was told it would be another 13 to 15 minutes. Waiting time before I can get the order I was therefore. I canceled the order and left. The employee that had helped the other two men and put them in front of me, didn’t even acknowledge me and turn around and walked him back when he was done inviting them to go to church with him because apparently there’s no judgment at his church. He lowered his voice, apparently in an attempt to avoid me over hearing the conversation. His partner came upfront and turned around and lied to me and flat out said oh well they had the orders confused and you’ll need to wait and I said well for how long and he said another 13 minutes so apparently it’s very typical to have to wait 40 to 45 minutes at this location to get an order when you’re the first person in and they handle other people before you.

I will never ever in 1 million years eat at this Wingstop or any other Wingstop. I have tried multiple locations and have had nothing but problems with them.

We ordered a 6 piece combo, 8 piece combo, and 10 piece combo to go. Got home and the 8 piece was short 1 wing, and the 10 piece was short 2 wings. Tried to call to rectify and was immediately placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes. Seriously… go to any other restaurant. Every single time we order, they mess something up.

We ordered 30 pieces of classic and boneless chicken. Unfortunately, the food was excessively salty, and the boneless pieces were served cold. The high salt content caused a stinging, drying sensation in the mouth, so we were unable to eat them. Please reduce the salt and ensure the chicken is served hot. Order: 11/29/2025 around 08:15 p.m.

This Wingstop is beyond terrible. Multiple times I've received ice cold chicken like it has just been pulled out of the fridge.

Used to be a decent location, but now it’s slow and service is terrible just like the rest of the location. Manger is awful and brags about being promoted fresh out of high school to the role. Staff doesn’t acknowledge you on the way in. Just overall a bad experience and won’t be going back.

Usually don’t have a great experience but tonight got great service! Took a bit longer than what order said it would on the app but was explained when I arrived. Friendly kid behind the cash register and gave me extra hot fries!

Round order 11:30pm Oct 9, We are not happy about those are slow cook for 30 minutes damn so not happy. Need to speed up fast than slow before midnight plus not happy with too much mild in for Boneless and we are waiting for flat classic chicken so long time so cold fries fry too. We are not happy so I want to make new fresh everything thanks

I ordered here on DoorDash at around 11:30pm on 9/17. I usually have a great experience with Wingstop, but this was one of my worst experiences with any restaurant ever. To start off, I ordered Hawaiian wings, a mild flavor, and they gave me an extremely spicy one. I order mild for a reason, and it’s because I do not handle spice well. I have heart related issues that could have gone poorly because of this mistake. On top of this, my lemon pepper wings somehow had a broken bone in them that I almost choked on. And to top it all off, I ordered my fries with extra seasoning and extra crispy. They are soggy and have practically no seasoning. Like, my fries are literally somehow wet. I wouldn’t be surprised if my food was spit in, cause to me it’s clear that the employee who messed up my order this bad must have done it just because they were pissed I ordered so late, even though my dasher got my order well before the store closed at midnight. This level of mistake could have gone very differently if I had more serious health issues. Never ordering from this wingstop again.

I called ahead just to make sure they weren’t closing early at about 11:30 pm & the guy said they closed at 1am. I then asked if I could place an order and he said they weren’t taking orders over the phone. My partner and I decided to head over into the store to order and then he said they weren’t taking orders anymore in store either. This was way before closing too. I get it if they were closing or if they just were busy but he should’ve specified that over the phone.

We’ve spent probably a grand there the last year for parties and tonight will be our last visit. They screwed up our order bigly and gave us a discount on the fries. Thanks!
