Ordered with Uber eats and got the wrong food.. but i spoke with Matt and he literally went above and beyond offered me a credit and once i explained i lived in Texas and was just passing thru he then offered to mail me a refund. I realize i got the wrong food but the service alone the amount of concern put into just trying to make me happy is what deserves 5 stars. This is literally the best customer service I’ve ever received from a restaurant and not to be shady but it’s just a wing stop.GREAT SERVICE!!!!

The employees truly set a high quality atmosphere with kindness & great service. Exceeded my standards above & beyond. We ate inside after a small road trip & the high energy & kindness revived the day.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved watching them make wings through the window!

Called this restaurant today , which is Super Bowl Sunday And was told to call back at 5:30 to catch up on orders. Called at 5:33 and was placed on hold. Once back on the phone, she told me they were no longer taking walk-ins or call in orders until after five 530 and then you would call to see if they could take your order. When I mentioned that it was after 530 she hung up on me. I understand that they are busy, but that is no reason to be rude and hang up on a customer. Won’t be going back or calling back!!

We went in and were immediately greeted by Matt with such enthusiasm, it felt like we've known each other for years!! That alone was worth the visit!Not only was he friendly, he was so informative on the time in which we were to expect our food.He was vocal with his staff in letting them know they were doing an excellent job, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their day!Matts warm welcome was distributed to every single customer who came through that door which is absolutely a joy to experience!!The overall upkeep of the restaurant was top tier, it was SO clean!I will say I was underwhelmed by the flavours of the wings, but they were still enjoyable and perfectly cooked.I think the combined experience (food, service, atmosphere) was well worth the visit and I will return!!Thanks Matt and staff!!!

“Will” working the front was absolutely awesome and the BEST service I’ve ever had at this location. He was taking all the orders, cleaning tables and came out to clean up a spill…all with the best attitude and a smile on his face!!!
