I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store.

Placed a carry out order (all in bundle) and was missing the chicken tenders. Called the store, spoke to an employee and the manager. The only way they’d fix their mistake was having us come back to the store and pick them up or “write my name down in a book”. Whatever that means. Not helpful or friendly at all.

Ordered a 20 piece wing deal. First of all, they told us that we could only choose 2 flavors which is not true. We have ordered 4 different flavors for this deal multiple times. Whatever, we just order 2 flavors. Then we get our wings and open the bag we were only given 15 wings. Not only this, but the time we went here before we ordered garlic parmesan wings and they forgot the garlic AND the parmesan.. I kid you not it was literally just wings in some butter-like sauce. I really like wingstop but this is ridiculous, do better.

Ordered 6 peice wings with mild sauce on the side! I was then charged for the mild sauce but if i would have put the Wing sauce on the wings they wouldnt have charged me and additional 1.39. I will just go to Buffalo wild wings to not be upcharged for the mild sauce on the side. The employee at the counter did not seem to understand that its outrageous to be charged additional for it to be on the side. Then when asked to speak with a manager, i was asked of i spoke Spanish! 🙄 ummm no considering i live in the USA and dont know a second language. Cant believe that i cant speak to a manager or someone who can translate. That doesnt seem like a me problem! Ive never had this issie at the k-7 location. Wont be coming back to this location again.

Went to pickup my order a few minutes early and my food was ready but the fries weren’t cooked fully and were ice cold when I tried one right after picking it up, absolutely disappointing just wanted to have some consistent food.
