I will never order from you again! I have ordered delivery, I have ordered pick up. Every single time there is something missing. And the employees are always extremely rude! If my kids hadn’t requested it, I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m furious that I just spent over $60 and I’m missing half of my order!

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper wings. We received wings with feathers still all over them. Fried up feathers. 😳
Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store.

Placed a carry out order (all in bundle) and was missing the chicken tenders. Called the store, spoke to an employee and the manager. The only way they’d fix their mistake was having us come back to the store and pick them up or “write my name down in a book”. Whatever that means. Not helpful or friendly at all.

Ordered a 20 piece wing deal. First of all, they told us that we could only choose 2 flavors which is not true. We have ordered 4 different flavors for this deal multiple times. Whatever, we just order 2 flavors. Then we get our wings and open the bag we were only given 15 wings. Not only this, but the time we went here before we ordered garlic parmesan wings and they forgot the garlic AND the parmesan.. I kid you not it was literally just wings in some butter-like sauce. I really like wingstop but this is ridiculous, do better.
