La Hacienda offers flavorful food with popular dishes like the grande quesadilla, fish tacos, and bandera burrito. The flavored margaritas go well with any meal and add to the dining experience. The restaurant provides quick seating and service, with food arriving in just a few minutes. Inside, guests can enjoy the old brick walls and tin ceiling, creating a small town setting. It is a family-owned and operated place that is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The restaurant has undergone a turnaround, with new owners and a revamped menu that includes larger and more flavorful tacos, as well as tasty black beans. Customers praise the wonderful service, with a friendly and hardworking staff. The prices are considered reasonable, and the food is consistently good and authentic, making it a reliable choice in the area. Favorites include the burrito Sancho, which features savory bacon, shrimp, and melted cheese, as well as the steak fajitas and the new chicken wings, which have earned high praise from diners. The Molcajete, served in a volcanic stone bowl with a variety of ingredients, remains a popular dish, though some customers note that their orders are not always prepared exactly as requested.
