I haven’t eaten at sonic in Osawatomie for a long time. But since the new manager took over they are BACK!!! I have eaten there twice now and the food was good the wait time is speedy the service was amazing! Thank you for the overhaul, and saving me a trip to Paola! 5 Stars ⭐️

I asked for a southwestern wrap got a ranch wrap ended up, throwing it out tried calling, and they don’t answer the phone. I called the 1-888 number and all she Did was offer me a drink. I just wanted my money back. I’ll never go back to that sonic. I think corporate needs to read all these reviews because I think this place should be closed down actually. I’m surprised they even have any business at all.
Pulled in and pushed the button to order. 10 minutes later a young woman pipes up and takes my order. I wanted two different meals. She didn't repeat it back but asked me to clarify the drink then gave me my total. The total was half of what I expected.
I push the button and another 10 minutes goes by before the same person answers. I let her know that I think the order was wrong. She didn't even acknowledge what I said before responding with some off wall the statement.
This told me there was no way I would actually get the correct order. So I tell her she got the order wrong and to cancel it. She replied "Are you sure? Your order is ready."
Even at the end she never figured out that the order was wrong

Sat at the drive thru for 15 min before someone took our order, then another 20-30 min in the line...there was only 1 car before me....45 min total to not get food is unacceptable...will not be going back

They have a sign out saying you can't smoke or vape while in the drive thru, last time I checked your vehicle is your property but wait it gets better if your cigarette is still lit they will not serve you until it's put out
