The condition of the parking lot should have been a warning. Took over 45 minutes to get our food. It was cold, and it was wrong. We had to get on the road. So I don't have time to say anything there. When I tried to call later that day, all they did was pick up, then immediately hang up the phone.
Sonic used to be a good place to go eat. I have found over time, that not just this sonic, but the whole chain seems to be going down the drains.

The smash burger patties are supposed to be different than the regular burger but everytime I get a smash burger it is the same Pattie as the regular burger

I had a great experience. Sonic is usually a hit or miss, but the food was good, served super hot, which I like and the service was outstanding. The manager on duty actually delivered our meal and then checked in later to see how our meal was. Thank you for a good experience. I’m visiting from Georgia.

Got a drink from here on a school trip and on the way back to the school a car backed out in front of us and my drink spilled and they gave me a brand new one totally free made my day

I have been to this location 3 times. The ultimate meat and cheese burrito I had was okay, but I was unable to taste any zesty cheese sauce. The second trip I had a SEC brioche sandwich, I added mayo. The mayo was sour and tasted spoiled. The final trip was a quarter pound double cheese burger, there was more grease on the burger than sauce.
The service was terrible the first 2 trips. 6 minutes for both, I was the only car on lot. The experience with the burger was not half bad, but still not great.
I love Sonic, but this one is a hard no. I would rather not eat than eat at this location again.

I haven’t eaten at sonic in Osawatomie for a long time. But since the new manager took over they are BACK!!! I have eaten there twice now and the food was good the wait time is speedy the service was amazing! Thank you for the overhaul, and saving me a trip to Paola! 5 Stars ⭐️

Ordered a cheeseburger combo meal on the Sonic app. App told me it would be ready in -5 minutes. I arrived in <5 minutes, checked in via the app, less than 5 minutes later a hot cheeseburger and hot tots arrived. Very good burger. Excellent service! Thank you!!

Went for a shake at 11am to get my fat on....but they just finished cleaning the machine. Guess that's good they clean the machine but maybe do that during times it won't hinder your ability to serve your menu.
