The employees are so friendly and the customer service is great but the iced lattes are weak in flavor . I always have to ask for extra shots of espresso which adds to the cost. I have been making them at home now with the javvy brand.

I usually come here for my coffee and have always enjoyed it, but lately my experiences haven’t been great. When I visited yesterday, there were several employees standing around who could have been taking orders, which made the wait frustrating. I also asked for light ice and my drink was filled completely with ice. On top of that, the employee working the stand was very rude and didn’t engage in any conversation at all. I hope this was just an off day, but I wanted to share my experience because it’s not what I’m used to here.

My experience at 7 Brew was outstanding, and Lana was the reason why. She was upbeat, kind, and incredibly efficient, making the whole interaction smooth and enjoyable. Her positive attitude made the stop feel welcoming rather than rushed, and it was clear she genuinely cared about providing great service.
