The employees are so friendly and the customer service is great but the iced lattes are weak in flavor . I always have to ask for extra shots of espresso which adds to the cost. I have been making them at home now with the javvy brand.
great spot! they make the drinks just right! we love the service! server was kind to us although we asked for another drink so late! all the servers are such sweet and pretty girls! we will always come to this spot!
I usually come here for my coffee and have always enjoyed it, but lately my experiences haven’t been great. When I visited yesterday, there were several employees standing around who could have been taking orders, which made the wait frustrating. I also asked for light ice and my drink was filled completely with ice. On top of that, the employee working the stand was very rude and didn’t engage in any conversation at all.
