The food is good, but the wait times are absurdly long. Even if there are only a few people in the store, like 2 or 3, expect a wait of at least 20 minutes. They really need more staff

The management and staff are very nice and accommodating. We made a last minute decision to get some food and arrived at the location as they were closing. The staff did take our order and delivered excellent food. Thank you.

The food was excellent and I love the electronic ordering kiosks.

With that said, I should note the restaurant seemed understaffed, resulting in service which was slower than I would like. This generally would not be an issue, but I was out to lunch with my coworkers in the middle of a workday, so time was at a bit of a premium since we had to get back to work.

When I tell you a doordash order sent me to this CHICKEN HEAVEN! They have the BEST CHICKEN! I hope this doesn't offend anyone but I have had Chinese chicken and it is good but Korean chicken is finger-licking good! The flavors are something you will never get tired of! STOP READING THIS AND PULL UP HERE NOW!!!!!!

For those that know good korean style fried chicken, this aint it. Chicken is fried fresh to order. Only reason they got 2 stars vs 1. Ratings hyped it up. Feels like you are eating packaged stuff you can get from the oriental store down the parking lot and paying premiums for it ( almost $100 for 4 of us). Service was non existent. Even at Mcdonalds i get some kind of greeting.

The best Korean style chicken wings or tenders in KC. Quality food with so much flavor. If you can handle spicy - they got spicy! Would recommend the spicy garlic or hot BBQ.

92 chicken gets about ninety two stars out of on hundred if I could give them. Korean Street food is my favorite and this place does it better than anyone else in the Kansas City metro area. I reccomend trying the Korean fried gizzards as well as the rice cakes for a starter. You can't go wrong with anything you get so try something new or three new things!

We ordered a Whole Chicken, Yangnyeom style. It wasn't as crispy as you would expect for Korean Fried Chicken. The sauce itself was good. However, the chicken got cold before we could finish it. I liked that they provided gloves and takeout containers. The wait was over 30 minutes. The waiter was on FaceTime while handing out orders to customers. I suppose I should have expected a lack of service since you order from a kiosk and aren't acknowledged at all. Overall, I wouldn't go back.
