I ordered the bourbon pancakes. They ran out of bananas to put on top. The pancakes were good but a little too much glaze for me. If I order again I would get the bourbon glaze on the side. We had a large party and mostly everyone liked their food. Oh the Beignets were warm and delicious 😋

We were a walk in, never to this restaurant before. We put our name in at the front desk told wait was 15 to 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes we were told there is an online waitlist that is always seated first. Sad.

Bill was my server and he alone was worth the trip. He is so nice and not the pushy nice. Like genuinely cares.

Was a excellent experience. Had friends in from Australia. They absolutely loved this place. Our waiter was very good.

Biggest issue told 15 minute wait and taking 35 minutes and then learning about calling or texting for seating.

This was my first time here. The food was cold butter didnt melt on pancakes & English muffin was cold & not toasted. Our server Jude spent his time flirting with another customer. Even tho service & food was poor I gave our server a tip personally. I keep copies of my receipts only to find out when I received my credit statement the establishment added a secondary unauthorized tip to my bill. Not a good experience and I wont go again.

I go to Another Broken Egg every time I go to New Orleans. I was so excited to hear it was one near me in KC. And the food was amazing, delicious, just like NOLA. 👍

I've been here once and food was okay but not worth the price. I decided to try it again. Front attendant told us the wait was 15 minutes but it was going on 35 minutes and still no table. I understand with it being Saturday it was busy, but upon looking there were was open seating so I don't understand why there was a problem. Other people on our area were told 15-20 minutes as well and it was almost an hour and they still weren't seated.

My family and I received 4 free entree coupons after coming in to dine when the OVP location had lost its liquor licensing. We then went to the PV location to redeem not realizing we could not use them. We ended up receiving poor service at the PV location so the manager gave us 4 more free entree coupons to use at our preferred location, OVP. We visited the OVP location. The manager informed us that we couldn’t use all 4 at the same time. We weren’t informed of that nor did it give those parameters on the coupon. In exchange for the inconvenience, our entire check was comped. Here’s where the biggest issue came: when we received our food, everything was cold. When asked if we could receive hot food, we were told we could only have to-go boxes to go home and warm the food up. Additionally- our server was short and cavalier with his tone and delivery. Had I caused a fuss to get the free meal, I think I could understand. However, I never asked for a free meal. It was offered. I just didn’t know it would come with cold food.

They were short staffed, but the front desk with the hostess was very disorganized. The waiter was great!
