Came with a group of people. For some reason, the person who greeted me gave me a thumbs down for no apparent reason. Not professional. All of our drinks had small bugs in them. Luckily the second round was free of bugs. Food was sub par, but not the worst. Our server spilled some of a drink on my sister in laws phone, and seemed to be off in different world. Eyes seemed really red for a reason or another. Avoid this location.

I was so surprised to see how expensive our meal was. We came in and tried the boneless wings and a steak and we paid over $70 for our meal. Not only that but the food was sub par especially for the cost. I would have rather gone somewhere else to pay that much.

Our server was kind, however I think the restaurant was either understaffed or she had too many tables. We needed a couple of boxes and our server never brought them. We asked for another server for a box but he only brought one box. We waited for about 10 minutes before I walked over and grabbed a box myself. My fiance didn't get a drink refill either for her meal.

We ordered a half slab of ribs and fries to go. The ribs were dry and little to no meat and we got a small amount of fries which were in the same container as the ribs. What happened to you Applebees? We used to love going to eat there. I’m so disappointed.

I went to Applebee's to for Dinner an had the worst experience at a restaurant, had to pay for food when the service was bad an plus never eat any of the food just had a strawberry ?

Bar tender was great! Made good drink recommendations and was super friendly.

When I arrived I was told that my order was ready and the server would be right out with my food. He comes back around 10 minutes later without my food. The gentleman then decided to tell me to "hold on longer" while he takes another person's order. Customer service was at an all time low. The app and the server said my food was ready but he failed to give it in a timely manner

Visit: (7/19/24 - 10pm).
Food turned out great, however I was left dissatisfied with our service during our visit. It was a very slow night and I didn't understand how this could have been an issue. I won't state the name of our server but she was just not all that great. No silverware or napkins until after apatizers were gone. Long wait times to be helped and meals took awhile to arrive. No refills on drinks and our empty plates, including appetizers, were never cleared despite our attempts to have them taken from the table. The host had to go out of his way to make sure the table got clear so we are thankful for that. It took awhile to receive the check as well. Good food but I expected better and hopefully that issue will be corrected when we do decide to return.
