Great Brunch spot! We had chilaquiles and the giant Burrito! Both delicious but the chilaquiles were special. Fast service, friendly staff and great food

The atmosphere is clean, friendly and bustling! I ordered the chicken and waffles, my go-to for any brunch spot. It was a top 5 version of chicken and waffles! The chicken was cooked perfectly and was obviously freshly hand breaded. The waffle was no frozen waffle, it was fresh out of the iron! The only disappointment was the seasoning, there wasn’t any in the chicken breading. Overall though, great experience!

Food and staff is excellent! parking is hard to find, and there is almost always a wait on the weekends.

Food is definitely worth the price, and comes in great portions. They allowed substitution for certain things which I appreciated (French toast, pancakes, or waffles, instead of toast for small up charge). My friend and I both got the Mexican skillet and had plenty to take home. I personally did not think the coffee was high-quality, but that’s normal for a brunch location. Service was fantastic and place was cute, but can get loud when busy.

Was in the area from out of town and stopped in for brunch . Had a fantastic experience with excellent food! Highly recommend the Mexican skillet! Service was great and I highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance !

My sisters and I were looking for a good Brunch spot while in KC. We found this and let me tell you the food is good. I had the chicken and waffles with the passion fruit mimosa and my sister had the steak and bacon skillet bowl. Very good food. Check em out.

Was in the area and just happen to pick AR's at random, but wow are we glad we did! The breakfast was absoluetly delicious! They were pretty busy and we got the last open table, but our food came out in only a few minutes. Staff are frinendly and attentive. If you need breakfast and are in the overland park area, stop in and check it out!

Definitely 10/10 food! Cozy space! Not too big only thing I can pick at is it’s a little noisy but the food is worth the wait. They have the best waffle I’ve ever tasted perfect texture and flavor. I ordered the The Giant burrito but the chilaquiles w/chicken half green & red sauces was on my mind so I switched! & lawd im so happy I did!!! It was amazing and horchata waffles perfect!

My husband ordered the steak and eggs & he never finishes his plate but today he did and want more!!!

From Chi-town. Travelers for work… another weekend spot trying and it did not disappoint (8/23/25). Brunch menu selection and the mimosa was so “on point”. Great service and portion quality
