Ordered delivery bc it was advertised online that they had free delivery for a limited time. I ordered a 9$ sandwich and was charged an additional 8$ for delivery, service fee, small order fee and apparently they automatically tip themselves almost 30%. None of these charges were shown untill after my payment was processed.

Yum yum. Who doesn't love a good roast beef sandwich. Clean store. Clean bathrooms. Super nice employees. Unlike most fast food these days, I didn't even have to sell a kidney or cash in the kids' college fund to eat here.

I have moved feelings about this particular location. Service is not consistent as far as friendliness is concerned. There have been at least 3 times I doubted I would ever come back. Then there are times when I can't say enough about the friendliness and service.
Well Dan Arby’s management at the 151st and Metcalf location was just there in the drive-through. The customer service I received from Bell at the window was exceptional. Thank you for hiring such an amazing spirited person. She deserves a raise.?

Went for hash browns which are called potato cakes and are very tasty and cheap. Unfortunately no breakfast menu and every one seemed confused.

Mozz sticks were not cooked all the way and only like two little pieces of beef on a 2 dollar slider. Last time going to this one. I use to go before work when I could afford it. I can't spend what little I have on bad food

Went through drive through and no body was in line and Karri told me to pull up, I asked if I could wait.. then after receiving sandwich I found that there was cheese all over the place in bad and coming out of wrapper! Very poor service and very poor management. Karri was the employee that took care of me

We've tried this location twice. Most recently, my wife ordered a chicken club wrap without tomatoes or onions. When we got it home, she unwrapped a buffalo chicken wrap with both onions and tomatoes. Needless to say, it went in the trash along with the cold fries.
